Özet

oz Bir ülkenin kalkınması ve halkın refah seviyesinin yükselmesi önemli ölçüde o ülkenin ekonomisinin temeli olan sanayi dallarının gelişmesine bağlıdır. Petrol sanayii Kazakistan için ekonomisinin temelini oluşturan ve ekonomik gelişmesini belirleyen en önemli sanayi dallarından biridir. SSCB'nin dağıldıktan sonra petrol sanayii ülke ekonomisinin gelişme kaynağı olarak görülmeye başlaması ile stratejik önem kazanmıştır. Bu nedenle, söz konusu sanayiye yabancı yatırımların çekilmesi öncelikli hedef olarak belirmiştir. Yapılan teşvik ve tanınan kolaylıklarla petrol sanayiine büyük miktarda yabancı yatırımın çekilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada Kazakistan'ın petrol sanayiine yapılan yabancı yatırımlar, bu yatırımların giriş şekli ve ülke ekonomisi üzerinde yarattığı etkiler incelenmeye çalışılacaktır. ABSTRACT Development of a country and increasing of the prosperity level of the nation importantly depends on the industry branches, which are the bases of that country's economy. Petroleum industry is one of the most important industry branches for Kazakhstan, which are bases of the economy and determine the economic development of the country. After the disintegration of USSR, petroleum industry has been accepted as the development source of the country economy. For this reason the main target has been determined as attracting the foreign investments to the industry in question. By means of encouragements and facilities that have been provided, it is aimed to attract the foreign investments to the country. With in the study, it will be tried to examine the foreign investments that have been done to the Kazakhstan petroleum industry and the entrance type of the investments and their effects on the economy of the country.
