ABSTRACT Today, training appeares as a very critical factor that it's importance increases day by day. Because, the dazzling developments in knowledge and technology, and the globalization it's needed the renewness of the knowledge in a continuous way. The contemporary organizations those aware of these developments makes investments to the training in increasing rates and they show a special importance to it. Training can be described as a process of change of behaviours. The concepts about training sometimes can be seen girift to each other. But training has a general meaning that ranges all these concepts. Training process is generally investigated in these three stages; Training needs analysis, developing and aplicating the training and training evaluation. For to get realized effective training, it's needed to supply the right trainings to the right persons. In the opposite way, the training can be only an expense. The stage that realizes this purpose is the training needs analysis stage. The training needs those defined right, supplies the employee developments and gets the success to the organizations at the end. In this study, at first the literature study is realized about training needs analysis and in paraleli, this process in Jgdaş is expositioned and investigated.
