ABSTRACT The logistics which is considered as one of the main components world's trade have commenced to become more valuable in advanced technology and international trading capacities as the time goes by. The advanced logistics sector became an integrated part of developed countries in the world. Also in Turkey in the fields of the transportations of inland, in air, in rail-road and combined transportations, formed its infrastructure between eighties and nineties and commenced to progress in the second half of nineteen-ninety. Since the customer satisfaction and its creation are very important factors in logistics like in any other trading and marketing progress, continuous and high-level quality service must be ensured, as well. Since the concept of quality is variable according to every culture for different firm establishments and the comprehension of each worker. So that it reflects to the clients differently. Apparently, when the progression in logistics sector in Turkey, has been announced, either some of the firms to increased the quality while the others only increased the number of interests to open up. In such a manner that the logistics hadn't go through further than it is a name of a firm. However, by reducing the limits of product and service differentiation concept the same product or service which has been submitted to the same market by several firms, so that the basic differentiation would be provided by quality, experience, speed and nice treatment. The purpose of this thesis is to give the quality understanding by combining the firms' culture with quality and its application. Also, it is to announce the explanation of what should be done to improve the quality of the sector according to the receipt results, to evaluate the satisfaction of clients from the angle of the firm which provides services and how applied to them under the circumstances of the logistics sector of Turkey. In this manner, it will be helpful as well to the next generation from us in order to discover better sources which have occurred in Turkish logistics sector.
