V ÖZET BİS(PHOSPHİNO)AMİN LİGANDLARI VE KOMPLEKSLERİ Ayten Şen Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Kimya Bölümü Tez Yöneticisi : Doç.Dr.Sevil İRİŞLİ Eylül 2004, 73 sayfa Bu çalışmada yeni bis(fosfino)amin ligandları ve onların Pt(II) ve Pd(II) metalleri ile verdikleri kompleksler incelenmiştir. Yeni bir bis(fosfino)amin ligandı olan P(0)Ph2(C2H5)NCH2CH2N(C2H5)P(0)Pli2 (L), PPh2Cl ile N,Nıdietiletilendiamin arasındaki tepkime sonucu sentezlenmiştir. Ligandın yapısal özellikleri 31P{1H}-NMR, ıH-NMR, İR spektroskopi ve X-Ray ölçümleri ile aydınlatılmıştır. Diğer bir bis(fosfino)amin ligandı olan bis(difenilfosfmo)amin, NH(PPh2)2, (dppa) literatür bilgilerine göre sentezlenmiştir. H H5C2-N N-C2H5 ^ Ph2Ç ÇPh2 Ph2P PPh2 O O L dPPa Başlangıç kompleksleri, PtCl2COD (COD: 1,5-siklooktadien), PdCl2COD, PtCl2(dppm), PtCl2(dppe), Ptel2(PPh3)2 ile sentezlenen bis(phosphmo)amin (L) ligandının tepkimeleri denenmiştir. Yine PtCİ2dppm, PtCİ2dppe, PtC^dppp başlangıç komplekslerinin dppa ile olan tepkimeleri incelenmiştir. İzole edilen [Pt(dppe)(dppa)]Cİ2, [Pt(dppp)(dppa)]Cİ2 komplekslerinin yapılan Elementel Analiz, İR ve NMR spektroskopik ölçümleri ile aydınlatılmıştır Anahtar Sözcükler : bis(fosfin), P-N bağlan, Platin ve Palladyum Kompleksleri

VII ABSTRACT BIS(PHOSPHINO)AMINE LIGANDS AND THEIR COMPLEXES ŞEN, Ayten Master Thesis in Chemistry Supervisor : İRİŞLİ Sevil, Associate Professor September 2004, 73 pages In this thesis we try to introduce new bis(phosphino)amine ligans and then- complexes with Pt(II) and Pd(II). New bis(phosphino)amine ligand (0)PPh2(C2H5)NCH2CH2N(C2H5)P(0)Ph2 (L) has been synthesized. This ligand was prepared by reaction of PPh2Cl with N,N!- diethylethylenediamine. The structure of L was determined by 31P{!H}- NMR, ^-NMR, IR spectroscopy and X-Ray crystallography. Bis(diphenylphospMno)amine, NH(PPh2)2, (dppa), which is the another type of bis(phosphino)amine ligands, was prepared according to the method given in literature. H H5C2-IM N-C2H5 ^ Ph2Ç fPh2 PI12P PPh2 0 0 L clppa It has been investigated that the reaction of starting complexes, PtCl2COD(COD: 1,5-cyclooctadiene), PdCl2COD, PtCl2(dppm), PtCl2(dppe), PtCİ2(PPh3)2 with L hgand. It has been synthesized the new two complexes [Pt(dppe)(dppa)]Cİ2 and [Pt(dppp)(dppa)]Cl2 from the reactions of PtCİ2dppm, PtCl2dppe, PtCl2dppp with dppa were investigated. The structure of the isolated complexes were identified by Elemental Analysis, IR and NMR specrtoscopy.
