ÖZET YLisans Tezi ERZURUM İLİNDE AYÇİÇEĞİNİN ÜRETİM EKONOMİSİ TugbaEREM Atatürk Üniveritesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Tarım Ekonomisi Anabilim Dalı Danışman: Prof. Dr. Semiha KIZELOĞLU Araştırmanın amacı Erzurum ilinde Ayçiçeği yetiştiriciliğinin üretim ekonomisini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma yöresi olarak Erzurum Pasinler ilçesi seçilmiştir. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler, ilçe ve dokuz köyde faaliyette bulunan 154 tarım işletmesinden anketlerle elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada arazi genişliklerine göre işletmeler 8-40 dekar, 41-80 dekar, 81-120 dekar ve 121+ dekar olmak üzere dört gruba ayrılarak analize tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırma bölgesinde bir tarım işletmesinin sahip olduğu ortalama sulu tarla arazisi miktarı 85.49 dekardır. Ekilen sulu tarla arazisi içinde araştırma konusu olan yağlık ayçiçeğinin payı %9.54, çerezlik ayçiçeğinin payı %15.96'dır. Çalışmada üretim dalları itibariyle hesaplanan toplam brüt üretim değeri içinde yağlık ayçiçeği payının %4.22, çerezlik ayçiçeği payının ise %7.91 olduğu, toplam değişken masraflar içinde yağlık ayçiçeği payının %7.36, çerezlik ayçiçeği payının ise %8.20 olduğu, toplam brüt marj içinde yağlık ayçiçeği payının %-4.01 ve çerezlik ayçiçeği payının ise %7.17 olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışma ile araştırma bölgesinde sulu şartlarda üretilen 1 kg yağlık ayçiçeğinin 2004 üretim yılı maliyetinin 0.90 YTL, brüt marjın -23.89 YTL ve net karın -72.33 YTL olduğu ve 1 kg çerezlik ayçiçeğinin 2004 üretim yılı maliyetinin 0.96 YTL, brüt marjın 42.71 YTL ve net karın -6.12 YTL olduğu tespit edilmiştir. 2005, 76 sayfa

Thesis THE PRODUCTION ECONOMICS OF SUNFLOWER PLANT IN ERZURUM PROVINCE TuğbaEREM Atatürk University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Agricultural Economics Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Semiha KIZILO?LU Aim of this study is to bring up the production economics of sunflower plant in Erzurum province. The study area is Pasinler district, Erzurum. Data used in this study were collected from a survey study including 154 farms in central Pasinler district and its 9 villages. In this study, farms have been divided into four groups in terms of farm sizes as 8-40 decares, 41-80 decares, 81-120 decares and 121 decares and more, and then analyzed accordingly. In the research area, the average irrigated farm land of a farm is found to be 85.49 decares. The average shares of planted oil sunflower and appetizer sunflower out of entire planted irrigated farm land are 9.54% and 15.96%, respectively. The study results show that in total gross production value calculated with respect to production branches, the shares of oil sunflower and appetizer sunflower are 4.22% and 7.91%, respectively. The shares of oil sunflower and appetizer sunflower in total variable costs are 7.36% and 8.20%, respectively. Finally, the shares of oil sunflower and appetizer sunflower in total gross margin are -4.01% and 7.17%, respectively. The cost, gross margin and net profit of 1 kg oil sunflower produced in irrigated land in the study area in 2004 production year have been found as 0.90YTL, -23.89YTL and (-72.33)YTL, respectively. On the other hand, the cost, gross margin and net profit of 1 kg appetizer sunflower produced under the same conditions and year have been found as 0.96YTL, 42.71YTL and (-6.12)YTL, respectively. 2005, 76 pages
