limited with the CBRT personnel by whom the Library is utilized. The whole studies were finished in a year. As soon as the user analysis was completed, library users of the CBRT were classified according to types of their information needs, and each group was described in terms of its quantity and quality. The results showed that the system designed by the changes and innovations has begun to meet the user's needs. The study also provided us with the user's opinions and suggestions on the whole system. It was also tried to give an emphasize on that the user analysis implemented at the Library of the CBRT has played a leading role on the usage of the user analysis on the system design. & &
