Özet

Bu tez çalışmamızda, Kısa Dalga Diatermi tedavisi ile Kro nik Adneksit vak* alarmda, subjectif ve objectif şikayetlerin bü yük ölçüde ortadan kalktığı görülmüştür* Bu çalışmadan elde ettiğimiz sonuçlara göre, kronik aşana - ya girmiş Adneksit vak1 alarmda Kısa Dalga Diatermi tedavisine öncelik tanınmasının yararlı olacağı kanısına varılmıştır. S ü M M A R Y In this thesis, we have studied 16 Chronic Adnexit pati ents whose ages are between 23 and if 8. In these events, we applied 20 sessions of Short Wave Di athermy with Condansatore technique and'" with rubber electrodes. Each session was about 20 minutes.. We applied, the 15x20 cm. size rubber electrode to the Pu bis area, and, 15x25 cm. size rubber electrode to the Sacrum. ' At__ the end of the treatment, the patients çlinjLçal_^itula-_ tions improved. By vaginal touche, an improvement is seen for 11 events, and, partial improvement is seen for 5 eve»4e,- On the HSG controls by X-rays, we see an improvement for six events and in the two events, tubas are completely open. One of the steril patients became pregnant and this shows the complete improvement in this event.-
