Özet
ÖZETBu çalışmada Ağustos 2004 ve Temmuz 2005 tarihleri arasında Uluabat GölüChironomidae faunasının tespiti ve mevsimsel dağılışları incelenmiştir. Çalışmasüresince belirlenen 12 istasyondan Ağustos 2004-Temmuz 2005 tarihleri arasında heray (Aralık, Ocak, Şubat ayları hariç) bir kez olmak üzere Chironomidae örnekleritoplanmış, teşhisleri yapılmış ve DO, PH, sıcaklık, bulanıklık, tuzluluk, BOD, KOI,NO3-N, NO2-N, NH4-N, toplam fosfor gibi suyun bazı fizikokimyasal parametreleriölçülmüştür.Çalışma sonucunda 12 tür tespit edilmiş olup, her türün çalışma alanındakidağılımları ve m2 deki birey sayıları belirlenmiştir. Buna göre Chironomus(Camptochironomus) tentans 12 istasyonun tamamında tespit edilerek en geniş yayılışgösteren türdür. Bunu sırasıyla Tanypus punctipennis, Cryptochironomus defectus,Procladius (Psilotanypus) sp., Dicrotendipes tritomus, Microchironomus sp.,Dicrotendipes nervosus, Polypedilum nubeculosum, Paratanytarsus lauterborni,Cricotopus (Crictopus) flavocinctus, Cricotopus (Crictopus) tremulus ve Tanypus sp.takip etmektedir. Bununla birlikte çalışma alanında populasyon yoğunluğu en yüksekTemmuz ayı 7. istasyonunda tespit edilmiş olup buradaki maksimum yoğunluğu iseChironomus (Camptochironomus) tentans türü oluşturmaktadır.

SUMMARYIn this study, determination and seasonal distribution of Uluabat LakeChironomidae fauna was investigated between August 2004 and July 2005. During thestudy period, Chironomidae specimens were collected from 12 determined stations andalso some physical and chemical properties of water such as DO, PH, temparature,salinity, turbidity, BOD, KOI, NO3-N, NO2-N, NH4-N and total phosphorus weremeasured monthly (except December, January and February) between August 2004 andJuly 2005.12 species were determined in the study; the distribution and individual numberper m2 of species were also described. Thus, Chironomus (Camptochironomus) tentanswere determined at all 12 stations and appeared to be the widest distributed species inthe study area. Respectively, Tanypus punctipennis, Cryptochironomus, defectus,Procladius (Psilotanypus) sp., Dicrotentipes tritomus, Microchironomus sp.,Dicrotendipes nervosus, Polypedilum nubeculosum, Paratanytarsus lauterborni,Cricotopus (Crictopus) flavocinctus, Cricotopus (Crictopus) tremulus and Tanypus spfollow it. Moreover, the highest population density in the study area were determined atstation 7 on July and Chironomus (Camptochironomus) tentans was found to form themaximum species density of this population.
