ABSTRACTThis thesis consists of six chapters.In the â¦rst chapter, historical development of the topic has been given.In the second chapter, the linear bounded operators and compact operators aredeâ¦ned and their some properties are given. The quasinilpotent operator is de-â¦ned and for the compact operators the Fredholm alternative has been given.In the third chapter, the basic concepts of Banach algebras theory have beengiven. Ideals and maximal ideals are deâ¦ned and their several properties havebeen given. Gelfand transformation and its properties have been given.In the fourth chapter, the basic properties of analytic functions are given; theDuhamel product is deâ¦ned and its properties have been given.In the â¦fth chapter, the Bnach algebras with Duhamel product as multiplica-tion and their maximal ideals are examined. The being of Banach algebra of¡¢the closed subspace B = ff 2 C (n) D : f is analytic in D and is continuous¡¢on Dgof C (n) D with respect to the Duhamel product has been proved andits maximal ideals are given. It is proved that the maximal ideals space of theBanach algebra (B; ~) consist from the only one homomorphism h (f) = f (0),and thus the Gelfand transformation is trivial.In the sixth chapter, the being of Banach algebra with Duhamel product of somereal Banach spaces over the segment [0; 1] of the real axis have been showed andtheir maximal ideals with respect to the Duhamel product have been investi-gated; cyclic vectors and commutant of Volterra integration operator have beendescribed.
