Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, XVI. yüzyıl Divan şairi Behiştû'nin şiir dünyasını, şiiranlayışını araştırmak ve bu çerçevede ?Tabiat ve Eşya?ya bakışını tahlil etmektir.Çalışmanın verileri, Behiştû Divanı'nın Klasik şiir kültürü ışığındadeğerlendirilmesi sonucunda elde edilmiştir. Değerlendirme ve izlenecek metottadanışmanın, tahlil ve bilimsel çalışma teknikleri alanındaki seçkin eserlerinrehberliğinden yararlanılmıştır.Çalışma; şairin hayatı, edebû kişiliği ve Divan'ının incelenmesini içeren altıbölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, ?Giriş; şairin hayatı, edebû kişiliği, sanatı,eserleri, şiir sanatı ve kendi şiiri hakkındaki görüşleri?; ikinci bölümde ?Tabiat veİlgili Unsurlar?, üçüncü bölümde ?Anâsır-ı Erbaa?, dördüncü bölümde ?Hayvanlar?,beşinci bölümde ?Bitkiler? ve altıncı bölümde ?Eşya? ele alınarak, incelenmiştir. Herana bölümün konuyla ilgili başlık ve alt başlıkları ilgili bölümlere dahil edilerek,Divan'ın incelenmesi sonucu elde edilen veriler; örnek, açıklama ve dipnotlarlabirlikte bu bölümlerde ele alınıp, değerlendirilmiştir.Behiştû, Kanûnû döneminde yaşamış, âlim ve hatip bir şairdir. Klâsik şiirinkaynaklarını iyi bilir. Ana diline olduğu kadar, Arapça'ya da hâkimdir. Neşeli, dışadönük, hoş sohbet bir karakterdedir. Zekidir; şiir sanatında üstün yeteneklidir. Dilisadedir; ifadesi mahallû unsurlar taşır. Divan'ından başka, akademik düzeydeincelenip, yayınlanmış Heşt Behişt adlı bir mesnevisi, üzerinde çalışılmayı bekleyenilmû eserleri bulunmaktadır. Hiç evlenmemiş, kendisini sanatına, ilme ve öğrenciyetiştirmeye adamış, üretken bir şair, değerli bir şahsiyettir.

The aim of this study is to put the XVI. th century poet Behiştû?s understanding ofpoetry in the subject of nature and to investigate and exhibit the world of poetry of thepoet and to put it the right place it deserves. The datas of this study were obtanied byexamining Behiştû?s classical school of poetry and evaluating it in the light of theclassical culture of poetry. İn the evaluation and the folowing method, it was used theguiding of distinguished works in this field, the advisor and books in the field of thetechnics of scientific study.Before starting the study of this thesis, I starded to list the most outstandingsources in the field of analsis and explanation and I got the lack of the related sources inmy library. Then, I read and examined them carefully. I rexamined the background, thecharecter and the sources of the classical literature therefore, I omitted the lack ofknowledge in this field. After that, I got the books about the technics of scientific researcmethods. I determined the best method I was going to follow after examining them. Byputting the dictionary on my desk, I read the classical school of poetry of Behiştû at leasttwo times. Then, I began to make some cards of index under the various titles andsubtitles, about 2734. I reached titles and encoded them. I planed the syllabus of mythesis and then I formed the table of contend: I placed the results of evalution part intothe relevant parts of the work. The rib of my thesis was ready. While I was studying on it,I read the classical schoolof poetry several times because, while I was reading them themeaning of the couplets was becoming deep. According to the result of careful research Imade, Behiştû was extrovert, wise, in a good humor and profilic man. He knew thesociety he lived well. He has numeruous classical shools of poetry. His poems haswonderful imaginations. He knows the whole possibilities of the language he use. In myopinion, Behiştû was a poet whose value wasn?t understood in this age. It is time to getexact places in his field like the other poets on the top.
