Özet
ÖZETBu çalışmanın amacı; ?Milli Eğitim bünyesindeki okullarda Beden Eğitimiderslerinin işlevsel durumu (Kocaeli İli örneği)?' nu araştırmaktır.Bu araştırmada, programlarda yer alan davranış ve amaçların dersin işlenişbiçimine etkisi de incelenmiştir.Araştırmanın evrenini Kocaeli ilindeki ilköğretim ve liselerde Beden Eğitimiöğretmenliği yapan, tesadüfi yöntemle seçilmiş 50 kişi oluşturmuştur. AnketlerBeden Eğitimi öğretmenlerinin il çapındaki toplantıları sonunda dağıtılmış, toplam80 Beden Eğitimi öğretmenine anket soruları verilmiş, geri dönüşüm 67 adetolmuştur. Geri toplanan verilerden 17 tanesi tamamının cevaplanmaması sebebi iledeğerlendirilmeye alınmamıştır.Veriler anket yolu ile toplanmış olup ?n? ve ?%? olarak tablolaştırılmıştır.Sonuç olarak: Beden eğitimi derslerinin uygulanabilirliği; haftalık derssaatleri, alan ve malzeme açısından yetersiz bulunmuştur. İlkokuldan itibaren bedeneğitimi derslerinin beden eğitimi öğretmeni tarafından verilmesi gerektiğivurgulanmıştır. Programlarda yer alan davranış ve amaçların yeterince yerinegetirilmediği, bu programların belirli aralıklarla yeniden gözden geçirilmesigerekliliği, bütün öğrencilerin uygulama içine alınamadığı, beden eğitimi derslerininöğretmen ve öğrenciler açısından istenen düzeyde verimli geçmediği, buna rağmenöğretmenlerin kendilerini dersleri için yeterli gördükleri ve aynı zamanda hizmet içieğitime ihtiyaç duydukları belirlenmiştir.

ABSTRACTThis study is aimed at measuring and examining ?the applicability level ofphysical education courses in the schools of the Ministry of National Education?.In this survey, the influence of the teaching method of the conducts and theaims in the schedule has also examined.The frame of this survey has been formed by fifty people, who were selectedrandomly by the teachers in the primary and high schools in Kocaeli. Questionnaireswere delivered at the end of the provincial meetings of total 80 physical trainingteachers, and the 67 of them returned to us. Because of 17 of the questionnaires werenot answered completely, thus there were not evaluated.The data have been collected through questionnaire and scheduled as ?n? and?%?.As a conclusion: applicability of Physical Training courses; has been foundinsufficient from the aspect of weekly course hours, place and equipment. It isemphasized that the Physical Training courses should be taught by Physical TrainingTeachers since the primary schools. It is stated that conducts and aims in theschedules are supposed to be looked over again in certain times, ignoring somestudents to applications, though Physical Training Courses are insufficient both forteachers and students, teachers accept themselves sufficient for their courses and atthe same time they need education into service.
