Özet
Bu çal mada; 4-asetil-5-(4-metoksifenil)-2,3-furandion 3 bile inin benzaldehittiyosemikarbazon, 4-metoksiasetofenon tiyosemikarbazon, 4-metoksibenzaldehittiyosemikarbazon ve 4-metilbenzaldehit tiyosemikarbazon bile ikleriyle reaksiyonlaryap larak s ras yla benzaldehithidrazonil tiyoaçilasetoksim (SK-1),4-metoksiasetofenonhidrazonil tiyoaçilasetoksim (SK-2), 4-metoksibenzaldehithidrazoniltiyoaçilasetoksim (SK-3), 4-metilbenzaldehithidrazonil tiyoaçilasetoksim (SK-4) ürünlerisentezlenerek literatüre yeni bile iklerin kazand lmas amaçlanm r.Sentezledi imiz yeni bile iklerin yap lan elementel analiz, IR, 1H-NMR, C-NMR13spektrumlar yard ile belirlendi ve sonuçlar preperatif organik kimya aç ndantart ld .

In this study; by investigating the reactions of4-acetyl-5-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2,3-furandione ( 3 ), the substances ofthiosemicarbazones, benzaldehydehydrazonyl thioacylacetoxime (SK-l),4-methoxyacetophenonehydrazonyl thioacylacetoxime (SK-2),4-methoxybenzaldehydehydrazonyl thioacylacetoxime (SK-3),4-methylbenzaldehydehydrazonyl thioacylacetoxime (SK-4) as obtained from thereactions of (3) benzaldehyde, 4-metoxyacetophenone, 4-metoxybenzaldehyde, 4-methybenzaldehyde (1:1) have been synetesised, in the stated order, in order to create newcompounds in the literature.The structure of the synthesized compounds were determined by being interpreted theelemetal ana1ysis and IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectra and the results of the reactionswere discussed according to the reaction conditions and the properties the reactants.KeyWords: Furane, 2,3-Furanedione, Thiosemicarbazones, Nucleophlic Addition,Oxime.
