Özet
Bu arastırmada Siyah Alaca ineklerde laktasyonun devamlılık düzeyi ve buna etki eden faktörler incelenmistir. Arastırmanın materyalini, Bursa ili, Karacabey ilçesi Küçük Karaagaç köyünde bulunan Dogancı Süt Sıgırı #sletmesi'nde yetistirilen Siyah Alaca sıgırlara ait süt ve döl verimi kayıtları olusturmustur. Arastırmada, isletmede bulunan süt sıgırlarından 1996-2000 yılları arasında 61 basına ait toplam 129 laktasyon kaydı degerlendirilmistir. Veriler, 1. grup 1996,1997,1998, 2. grup 1999 ve 3. grup 2000 olmak üzere 3 yıl grubunda ve 1. grup Ekim ? Mart, 2. grup Nisan ? Eylül olmak üzere 2 mevsim grubunda degerlendirilmistir. Laktasyonun devamlılık düzeyini hesaplayabilmek için 3 ayrı yöntem kullanılmıstır (P2:1, P3:1, P3:2). Kullanılan bu yöntemlerde laktasyonun devamlılık düzeyi, laktasyonun farklı bölümleri arasındaki oransal iliskiler dikkate alınarak saptanmıstır. Buzagılama yılı, buzagılama mevsimi ve laktasyon sırası laktasyonun devamlılık düzeyi ve süt verimine etkisi incelenen faktörlerdir. Buzagılama yılı için P2:1 yöntemiyle hesaplanan laktasyonun devamlılık düzeyi, 1. 2. ve 3. yıl gruplarında sırasıyla, %91.5, %91.2 ve % 92.7 olarak hesaplanmıs ve yıllara göre artıs göstermistir. Buzagılama mevsimi için her üç hesaplama yönteminde (P2:1, P3:1, P3:2) laktasyonun devamlılık düzeyi, 1. mevsim grubunda sırasıyla % 92.7, % 84.9 ve % 91.9 olarak hesaplanmıs ve 2. mevsim grubunda hesaplanan % 91.4, % 76.9 ve %84.2 degerlerinden yüksek olmustur. Laktasyon sırası için ise laktasyonun devamlılık düzeyi, 1. laktasyonda sırasıyla (P2:1, P3:1, P3:2) % 98.8, % 87.1 ve % 88.1 olarak hesaplanmıs ve bu laktasyon sırasında en yüksek laktasyonun devamlılık düzeyini vermistir. ii

In this study, the persistency of lactation and the factors affecting the persistency in Holstein Freisian cattle were investigated. The milk and fertility data were collected from the Holstein Freisian cattle raised at the Dogancı Farm located in Küçükkaraagaç village, Karacabey, Bursa. 129 lactation records were collected from 61 dairy cattle between the years 1996-2000 for this study. Datas were splited to 3 year groups as; 1st group 1996,1997,1998, 2nd group1999 and 3rd group 2000 and 2 season groups as; 1st group October- March, 2nd group April-September and evaluated. Three different methods were used (P2:1, P3:1, P3:2) to calculate the persistency. The rate between the different parts of the lactation was used to calculate the persistency of lactation by this 3 methods. Calving year was one of the factors that the affects of this trait to the persistecy of lactation and milk yield were evaluated. Persistency of lactation was calculated as %91.5, %91.2 and % 92.7 in 1st, 2nd and 3rd year groups by P2:1 method and it was increased by years. Calving season was another factor that the affect of this trait to the persistecy of lactation and milk yield was also evaluated. In all three calculation methods (P2:1, P3:1, P3:2), the persistency of lactation was calculated as %92.7, %84.9 and % 91.9 respectively in 1st season group and were higher from the 2nd season group which were calculated as %91.4, %76.9 and %84.2 . The effects of lactation level trait to the persistecy of lactation and milk yield was calculated in all three calculation methods (P2:1, P3:1, P3:2). The persistency of lactation was calculated as %98.8, %87.1 and % 88.1 ii respectively in 1st lactation and these were the highest values of persistency of all lactations
