Özet
Bütün toplumların gündeminde temiz toplum olusturma hayali vardır. Bu hedefigerçeklestirebilmek için hayatın her alanında oldugu gibi is yerinde neyin dogru neyinyanlıs oldugunu bilmek ve dogru olanı yapmak için son dönemlerde ?is etigi? kavramınısıkça duymaktayız. s dünyasında ahlâkî bir iklimin yerlesmesi için ahlâkî olmayandavranısları sorgulamak, haksız kazancı ve rekabeti engellemek, kaliteyi arttırmak içinis etigi üzerinde önemle durulmaktadır.s yerinde mükemmeli yakalamak için sadece teknik bilgi yetmez. Çünkü etikilkelerden uzak bir is yeri ülkenin kalkınmasında ve refah seviyesine ulasmasındaolumlu bir rol üstlenmez ya da ahlâkî ilkeleri olmayan bir is adamının basarılıolamayacagı, olsa bile bunun geçici olacagı kesindir. `s etigi' kavramı çok yeniolmakla birlikte, tarihte `is etigi'ne yüklenen anlam her zaman var olmustur. Bununörneklerinden biri çalısma ortamına ahlâkî atmosferi tasıyan `Ahilik'tir. Ahilik sistemi,yapılan is ne olursa olsun, yapılan is için gerekli olan teknik donanım ve ahlâkınmükemmel birlesiminin bir örnegini sunmaktadır.Ahilik, sanatta mükemmellik, yasayısta dürüstlük, toplum ve insana hizmetteerdemi esas alır. Çalısanların hem sanatlarında ustalasmasını hem de ahlâkî prensipleregöre çalısmalarını hedefleyen bir sistemdir. Yani Ahilikte sanat ve ahlâk ayrılmaz birbütün olusturur.

On the agenda of all societies there become the idea of formating a well society.In recently, we would hear the concept of business ethics to know what is wrong orright and to do what is right for making a purpose come true. They set their mind on thecase of business ethics in order to get establish an ethical region in world of business, tointerrogate the immoral behaviours, to obstruct the unjust profit and rivarly and theyalso set their mind on the case of business ethics to increase the quality.Technical knowledge is not enough to catch the perfection in place ofemployment. Because, a place of eemployment which is far away from the ethicalprinciples doesn?t undertake a positive role in development of a country and reach of itsprosperity level; or it is obvious that a businessman who does not have any ethicalcharacter will be unseccessful; if so, his succes will be temporary. Whereas, theCommunity of Ahi (Ahilik) which carries the ethical atmosphere thtough its workingfield is the example of perfect combination of ethics and technical hardware.In the Community of Ahi (Ahilik) fundamental things are perfectness in art,honesty in life, and virtue in service tosociety and humanbeing. It is a system that aimsto both make its workers skilled and make them work throughout the ethical principles.That is to say, in the Community of Ahi (Ahilik) art and ethics from a wholeness whichcan not be seperated.
