Özet
11 ÖZET Sosyal değişme, her toplumda görülmüş ve görülmekte olacak bir olgudur. Sosyal değişme toplumu ve bireyleri etkilemektedir. Ve etkilemeğe devam edecektir. Hızlı sosyal değişme ve gelişme içinde olan toplumda ise, çeşitli çözülmeler ve bütünleşmeler meydana gelmektedir. Toplumdaki hızlı değişme sonucu, sosyal, kültürel, politik ve ekonomik faktörlere bağlı olarak meydana gelen değişme süreci içinde, kurumlarda değişmeler olmakta, sosyal sapma, sosyal organizasyonsuzluk, düzensizlik, anomi, yabancılaşma ve yeniden bütünleşme görülebilmektedir. Aile, sosyal ve kültürel değerleri içeren toplumun temel bir birimidir. Toplumsal değişme aileyi de etkilemektedir. Burada aile, toplumda insan üreten, yetiştiren, bireyi topluma hazırlayan ve uyumunu sağlayan, terbiye ve iç disiplini vererek, sosyalizasyon süreci içinde, şahsiyet oluşturma fonksiyonuyla) daima önemli olan ve olacak evrensel bir kurumdur. Sosyal değerlerdeki değişme, aileyi etkileyen en önemli faktörlerdendir. Çünkü aile, sosyal değerlerin içerenidir. Bu özelliğiyle de toplumun çekirdeğini oluşturur. Bu tezde, toplumun temelini teşkil eden, aileyi etkileyen sosyal değerleri ve faktörleri değişim süreci içerisinde tespit etmeye çalışarak, değer değişmelerini ve etkilerini değerlendir meye çalıştık. Bunun için de Türk toplumunun, Cumhuriyet öncesi ve sonrası çok önemli ve kritik bir döneminin dört büyük şahsiyetini ve onların aksiyon ve eserlerinde seçkinleşen kavramları incelemeye konu ettik. Bunlar Ziya GÖKALP, Mehmet Akif ERSOY, Ömer SEYFETTİN ve ATATÜRK 'tür. Bu insanlar, belli bir döneme damgasını vurmuş, aynı zaman ve mekân şartlarında yaşayarak, toplumun değerlerini kavrayarak, birer şahsiyet olarak varolmuş ve bu şahsiyet özelliklerini aksiyon ve eserlerinde yansıtmış insanlardır. Ortak kavram,III değer ve değerlere atfettikleri anlamlar olarak ahlâk, terbiye ve eğitim, adalet ve hürriyet, hukuk ve iktisat ve aile görüşleri sosyolojik açıdan ele alınarak incelenip, değerlendirilmiştir.

IV SUMMARY Social change is a fact that has been and will be observed in every society. Social change affects and will continue to affect the society and individuals. Various disintegrations and integrations emerge in a society experiencing a sudden social change and development. In the course of change that occurs depending on the social, cultural, political and economic factors; due to the rapid change in the society, institutions change, and social deviation, lack of social organization, lack of order, anomy, estrangement and re-integration can be observed. Family is a basic unit of the society involving social and cultural values. Social change also affects the family. In that context, the family is and will always be an important and universal institution producing and raising human beings, and preparing them for the society, ensuring the harmony, providing them with education and self-discipline and assuming the function of creating personality in the course of socialization. Social change is among the most considerable factors affecting the family, for the family comprises the social values, thus constituting the core of the society. In the present thesis, we have intended to determine the social values and factors forming the basis of the society and affecting the family, in the course of change, and assess the value changes and their effects. To that end, we have chosen the four characters of a critical and very important pre-republic and post republic period of the Turkish society, namely Ziya GÖKALP, Mehmet Akif ERSOY, Ömer SEYFETTİN and ATATÜRK, as well as the concepts manifesting themselves in their actions and works, asthe concepts manifesting themselves in their action and works, as the subject matter of the present study. Those are the persons who left their impressions on a specific period, lived in the same conditions in respect to time and place, grasped the values of the society, emerged as characters, and incorporated their personal characteristics into their actions and works. Their opinions on moral rules, education and training, justice and freedom, law and economics, and family, as being the meanings they attributed to the common concepts, value and values, have been examined and evaluated from the sociological point of view.
