Özet
Gelisen teknoloji, insanların yasam biçimine önemli katkılarda bulunmaktadır. Artan zenginlik, kazanılan zamanlar ve çesitlenen istekler, özgün ve esnek bir yasam biçimini gerekli kılmaktadır. Turizm ise bu yapılanmadan en çok etkilenen sektörlerden biridir. En basta turistler olmak üzere, sektör temsilcileri ve planlama uzmanları, bilgi teknolojilerindeki yeni gelismeleri ihtiyaçları dogrultusunda takip etmektedir. Turizm sektörü hızla gelismeye devam ederken, çesitli sorunlardan da etkilenmektedir. Degisen çevre kosulları ve cazip ürün çesitliligi, sektörün en önemli problemleridir. Türkiye'de en önemli turizm faaliyeti, Akdeniz kıyı bandında yaygın olarak yapılan deniz-kum-günes turizmidir. Ancak kıyı kaynaklarının asırı ve tek yönlü kullanımı, Türkiye turizmini de çevre ve ürün çesitliligi problemleri ile karsı karsıya getirmistir. Sürdürülebilir turizm planlamasının ortaya koydugu ilkeler, insanların üzerinde seyahat edecegi sürdürülebilir bir turizm tur güzergâhına islevsellik kazandırmak için çalısmaktadır. Bir turizm tur güzergâhı; turistik konaklama tesisi, turizm potansiyeli ve onları baglayan ulasım yapısından meydana gelen üç ögeden olusmaktadır. Bu çalısmada, bu üç ögenin özgün ve esnek bir biçimde tasarlanması, turizm tur güzergâhlarında turist yogunlugunun düsürülmesi ve farklı potansiyellere ulasılarak çesitlenmenin olusturulmasını saglayacaktır. Turizm tur güzergâhlarının tasarlanması; konaklama tesislerinin niteligi, konaklama tesislerinin turistik potansiyellere yakınlıgı, turizm potansiyellerinin çesitliligi ve farklı ulasım modlarının beraber kullanımından etkilenen kapsamlı bir konudur. Fethiye lçesi, Türkiye'nin genel turizm egilimlerine benzer gelisme göstermesi ve turizm üst yapısı ile turistik potansiyellerinin sahip oldugu yogun veri yapısı nedeniyle çalısma alanı olarak seçilmistir. Bu tez çalısmasında kullanılan Cografi Bilgi Sistemleri (CBS) ise turizm tur güzergâhı bilesenlerinin iliskili tasarlanmasına imkân veren teknolojik bir araç olmustur. Bu tez çalısmasıyla, turistin davranıs modelleri ile etkilesimli; turistik potansiyelleri, konaklama tesisleri ve ulasım üst yapısı ile bütünlesik, tur güzergâhı alternatiflerinin kisisel olarak çesitlendirilebilmesine olanak saglayan bir turizm tur güzergâhı planlayıcısı tasarlanmaya çalısılmıstır.

Developing technology brings important contributions to people?s life styles. Increasing richness, saving time and variety of desires require the authentic and flexible life style. Tourism is the most affected sector from this structuring. Newly developments of Information Technologies in accordance to the necessities are followed mainly by the tourists, sector agents and planning professionals. While the sector of tourism is developing rapidly it is also influenced from various problems. Changing environmental conditions and variety of charming products are the main problems of the tourism sector. In Turkey, one of the most important tourism activities is the sea-beach-sun tourism extensively made in coastal band of Mediterranean. Unfortunately, Turkey faces with the problems of environment and the problems in the product variations due to the excessive and one way use of coastal resources. The principles of sustainable tourism planning work to support functionality of the sustainable tourism tour routes people travel on. A tourism tour route has three elements that tourist accommodation facility, potential of tourism and connection of their transportation structure. In this study, designing of those three elements in an authentic and flexible way, will provide decrease in the density of tourists in tourism tour routes and variety in having different potentials. Designing of the tourism tour routes is comprehensive subject that is affected by the quality of accommodation facilities, by the closeness of them to the tourist potentials, variety of tourist potentials and use of different transportation types together. In this study as a study area Fethiye district chosen due to having similar development to general tourism tendency of Turkey, tourism superstructure and having intensive data of tourism potential. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) that used in this study became a technological tool which gives an opportunity to design components of tourism tour routes in relation. Briefly, in this study, a tourism tour route planner is tried to be designed that is interactive with the behavior models of tourist, integrated with tourist potentials, accommodation facilities and superstructure of transportation and enabling variety of personal alternative tour routes.
