Özet
Osmanlı Devleti 17. yy'ın ikinci yarısından itibaren gerilemeye ve toprak kaybetmeye baslamıs, bu topraklarda yasayan Türk ve Müslümanlar ise ya gördükleri baskı ve zulümden yada Osmanlı toprakları içinde yasamayı tercih ettiklerinden göç etmeye baslamıstır. Böylece muhacir meselesi ortaya çıkmıstır. Devlet, muhacirlerin sevk ve iskan islemleri için bir çok komisyon kurmustur. Onların haklarını müdafaa noktasında pek çok cemiyet de çalısmalar yapmıstır. Bu sivil cemiyetlerden biri muhacir gazetesini çıkaran Rumeli Muhâcirîn-i islâmiye Cemiyeti'dir. Gazete, RMİC'nin yayın organıdır. 22 Aralık 1909'dan 1 Aralık 1910 tarihine kadar yayım yapmıs ve toplam 90 sayı çıkarmıstır. Önce Muhammed Hulusi'nin sonra da Ahmed Sükrü'nün mesul müdürlügünde çıkmıstır. Haftada iki gün, çarsamba ve cumartesi günleri yayımlanmıstır. Burada Zuriye_Celik_resim.pdf dosyası bulunmaktadır.

Otoman State moved backward and started to lose land beginning from 2nd half of 17th century, as for the Turks and Muslims, they started to migrate either because of the pressure and cruelty they were faced or because they prefered to live within the lands of Otoman. So, the immigrant issue was arisen. The state established numerous commissions for the dispatch and settlement procedures of immigrants. Many societies too, did some work to defend their rights. One of these civil societies is the ?Rumeli Muhâcirîn-i İslâmiye Cemiyeti? which had published the newspaper of ?Muhacir?. The newspaper was the publication organ of RMİC. It was published from 22nd December 1909 to 1st December of 1910 and published 90 issues. It was published first in the Muhammed Hulusi?s and after that Ahmed Sükrü?s responsible principality. It was published two days a week; Wednesdays and Saturdays. The file Zuriye_Celik_resim.pdf are located in the cd.
