Özet
Endüstrileşmenin itici gücünü oluşturan tekstil üretimi çağın koşullarna uyarak gelişmiş ve birçok alt dallara ayrılmıştır. Günümüzdeki tekstil üretimi ise kullanım açısından giyim ve ev tekstili olmak üzere iki ana başlık altında toplanmaktad.r. Özellikle 90l. y.llardan itibaren belirgin bir şekilde büyüyen Türkiye Ev Tekstili Sanayi, onu destekleyen dernek oluşumu ve sanayicileri ile birlikte bugün önemli bir ilerleme kaydetmiştir. Önceleri üretime odaklı çalışan sektör, üretim maliyetleri daha düşük ülkeler karşıs.nda rekabet edemez bir duruma gelmiştir. Sektörün içinde bulunduğu bu zor durumun aşılması konusunda ise uzmanların görüşleri, katma değeri yüksek ürünlere yönelmenin doğru olacağı yönde birleşmektedir. Ortak akln ürettiği bu tespit doğru ise; çözüm nas.l olacakt.r? Ürünlere art. değer kazandırmanın bir yolu da nitelikli tasarım ve marka olmaktan geçmektedir. Bu çalışmada; ev tekstilinin ham madde aşamasından, ürün aşamas.na kadar olan süreci analiz edilerek; bu sürece müdahalesi olan veya olabilecek her bir faktör, marka yaratabilecek nitelikli tasar.m esas al.narak tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Yazılı ve görsel kaynakların yanı sıra, tasarımcı, üretici, dernek, danışmanlık şirketleri gibi sonuca dolaylı veya doğrudan destek veren kişi, kurum kuruluş, firma vs. nin yorumlar, bas.ndan takip edilmiş baz. tasar.mc.larn ise görüşleri alınmıştır. Ticari yönünden başka; çeşitli veriler sağlayan fuarlar takip edilerek günümüzdeki eğilimler saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Ev tekstili tasarımını etkileyen faktörlerin tespitinden sonra tasarım uygulamas.n.n merkezinde yer alan tasarımcı odaklı süreçler şematize edilmiştir. Ev tekstillerinin kullan.m yeri ve üretim süreçleri, mekân ile tekstilin birlikte düşünülmesini gerektirmektedir. Nitelikli bir tasarım için gerekli olan bu bakış açs. için; emeği ve hayal gücü ile üretim sürecinde fark yaratan tasarımcının yeterli donanıma sahip olması gerekmektedir.

Production of textile, the motor of industrialisation, has developed due to contemporary circumstances and divided into subbranches. Home Textile Business in Turkey has considerably progressed since 1990?s, accompanied by its related and supporting institutionalisation and industrialists. Initially the sector was production-based and failed to compete with the items of the nations whose production cost are lower. The approach of the concerned experts to the solution to such as difficult problem is that it is much better to produce items with highter surplus in quality. If these approach is overtly right, how will the solution to it be? One of the ways to add a further value to items is associated with having high qualitiy design and trade mark. The study attemtps to examine the process of phases in Home Textile from raw material to output and establish every individual factor to be likely to intervene in this process considering quality-designs which might create trade mark. Comments and approaches of induviduals instituations firms etc. to support directly and indirectly the outcome of the textile process were pursued as well as written and visual resources, and some designers were interviewed the fairs and exhibitions were visited, withe today?s trends being astablished in addition to commercial aspects. After elements which influenced designing of home textile had been established designer-based processes were tabled which lie in the center of designing application. It seems necessary to discuss space and textile items as well as output processes and uses together with the interrelation among them.In view of this approach necessary for high quality designing, the designer distinguished in the process of production with his / her labour and imagination has to gain a sufficient background such as skill and experience.
