Özet
?Antandros Korinth Seramikleri? isimli bu tez, Balıkesir ili, Edremit ilçesinde yer alan, Kaz Dagları'nın eteginde kurulmus antik Antandros sehrinde ele geçen Korinth seramiklerini konu edinmistir. Yunanistan'ın Peloponnessos yarımadasının kuzeyinde yer alan Korinth kentinde M.Ö. 8.yy. ortası - 6.yy.ın sonu arasındaki 200 yıldan uzun bir dönemde üretilen ve tüm Ege dünyasının yanı sıra kolonilere de ihraç edilmis olan bu seramiklerin karakteristik özelligi, dogru fırınlandıkları kosulda krem renkli hamura sahip olmalarıdır. Çizgisel bezemelerin yanı sıra siyah figür stilindeki bezemeler sevilerek kulanılmıstır. Parfüm sisesi olarak kullanılan aryballos ve alabastron gibi kapların yanı sıra kotyle ve krater gibi pratik kullanım amaçlı kaplar Korinth seramiginde önemli yer tutar. Tez içerisinde Korinth seramiginin kronolojisi, stil gelisimi, kap formları ve gelisimleri, Antandros buluntularının tipolojisi ve tarihlenmesi incelenmis, son olarak da buluntuların katalogu sunulmustur. Yapılan çalısmada Antandros'a ihraç edilmis Korinth seramiklerinin çogunlukla M.Ö. 650-630 yılları arasına tarihlenen Geç Protokorinth evresi ile M.Ö. 620-590 yılları arasına tarihlenen Erken Korinth evresi arasına ait oldukları görülmüstür. Ancak bu evrelerin öncesine ve sonrasına ait örnekler de bulunmaktadır. Söz konusu seramiklerin çogunlukla Melis Nekropolisi'nden ele geçtigi ve formların da çogunlukla aryballos, alabastron ve kotyle oldugu dikkati çekmistir. Bu buluntular Antandros'un Korinth ile ve dolayısıyla dısarıyla olan iliskileri konusunda bilgi vermektedir.

The subject of this thesis, named ?The Corinthian Pottery in Antandros?, is the corinthian pottery found in the ancient city of Antandros which is situated on the skirts of the Kaz (da) Mountains in Edremit, Balıkesir. This kind of pottery was produced in the ancient city of Corinth, located to the north of the Peloponnessus peninsula in Greece, for more than 200 years, from the mid 8th century BC to the end of the 6th century BC. This pottery was exported not only to the Aegean world but was also exported to the colonies. Other than linear designs, the black figure technique as very popular. Besides vases which were used as perfume bottles such as aryballoi and alabastra, vases with practical purposes such as kotylai and kraters held an imprtant place in corinthian pottery. In this thesis, the chronology of corinthian pottery, its development of style, the vase forms and their development, the typology of the Antandros vases and their dating were studied and last of all, a catalogue of the Antandros vases has been added. In this study, it has been seen that the corinthian pottery exported to Antandros are mostly dated to the Late Protocorinthian period which falls between the years 650-630 BC and the Early Corinthian period which falls between 620-590 BC. However, there are examples dated to earlier and later periods. The corinthian pottery was found mostly in the necropolis of Antandros, and most of the fragments belong to aryballoi, alabastra and kotylai. The corinthian pottery found in Antandros, also informs us on the relations of Antandros and Corinth.
