Özet
Bu çalışma, tarih, toplum, kültür ve insan dünyasına genel bir bakış ile kültürel süreçte ortaya çıkan hermeneutik geleneği incelemiştir. Ayrıca hermeneutik faaliyetin tin bilimleri üzerindeki etkisine ve bir felsefi yöntem olarak hermeneutiğin önemine değinmiştir.Literatürde bir yorumlama faaliyeti olarak yer alan hermeneutik, yazılı eserler aracılığıyla, tarih, toplum, kültür insan dünyası hakkında bilgi ortaya koymaya çalışan bir felsefi yöntem, bir felsefe yapma tarzıdır. Hermeneutik etkinlik, Greklerde ?Haberci Tanrı Hermes?in, Tanrıların insanlar için söylediklerini tercüme edip, onları insanların anlayabileceği bir dile dönüştürmesi ile başlamıştır. Bir yöntem olarak hermeneutik, başta yazılı eserler olmak üzere insanların ürettiği her türlü ürünün, filolojik açıdan incelenmesi, irdelenmesi, yorumlanması ile anlaşılması ve bugün bizde neleri ifade ettiğinin yorumlanarak ortaya koyulmasıdır.Yine bu çalışmada, insan eliyle oluşan tin dünyasının anlaşılmasında, bir yöntem olarak hermeneutiğin başat yöntem sayılmasına, tin bilimlerinin doğa bilimleri gibi ele alınmasının doğuracağı sakıncalara değinilmiş ve tin bilimlerinin yönteminin doğa bilimlerininkinden farlı olması gerektiği vurgulanmıştır.

This study investigates the hermeneutic tradition emerged in a cultural process in light of a general look at history, society, culture and human world. Moreover, it looks at the effects of hermeneutic activities on spiritual sciences and importance of hermeneutic as a philosophical method.Hermeneutic defined as an interpretation activity in the literature is a kind of philosophical method, a means of doing philosophy providing information about history, society, culture and human world through written works. Hermeneutic tradition started with the translation of what the Gods told to the people by ?Harbinger God Hermes?, so that the people could understand them. As a method, hermeneutic is the philological examination, evaluation and interpretation of all human products, primarily the written ones, so that they can be understood and interpreted within contemporary contextsMoreover, the study touches upon the problems created by the acceptance of hermeneutic as a primary means of conceiving the mane-made spiritual world and the problems of dealing with the spiritual sciences as if they were natural sciences. The method used in spiritual sciences should be different from the one used in natural sciences.
