Özet

Bu aratırmada, zmir ili Buca ve Konak ilçeleri ilköretim okullarındaki bina içi ve bina dıı hava kaynaklı potansiyel alerjen mikrofungusların izolasyonu ve tanılanması amaçlanmıtır. Bu amaçla, 2003-2004 yılları arasında 5'i Buca ilçesi, 5'i Konak ilçesinde toplam 10 ilköretim okulundan, iki aylık periyotlarla, 12 ay boyunca 8 bina içi ve 1 bina dıı havası olmak üzere toplam 9 noktadan Merck MAS 100 hava örnekleme cihazı ile hava örnekleri alınmıtır. Çalıma süresince 1080 adet petri kullanılmı, 8101 mikrofungus kolonisi sayılmıtır. Elde edilen izolatların identifikasyonu sonucu 18 genusa ait 78 farklı tür saptanmıtır. Buca ve Konak ilçeleri atmosferinde en sık rastlanan funguslar sırasıyla Penicillium, Aspergillus, Cladosporium ve Alternaria genuslarıdır. Bu çalımada izole edilip tanılanan bir türün Türkiye mikoflorası için muhtemel yeni kayıt olduu tespit edilmitir. Bu tür; Aspergillus caespitosus Raper &Thom' dur.

In this study, it was aimed that the airborne potential alergen micro fungus indoor and outdoor the primary school buildings in Buca and Konak in zmir were isolated and identified. With this in mind, air samples were collected using Merck MAS 100 from 9 different locations, eight of which were indoor and one of which was outdoor the building during 12-month period with the periods of two months from ten primary schools, 5 of which were from Buca and 5 of which were from Konak between 2003 and 2004. Within the period of the study, 1080 petri dishes were used and 8101 microfungi colonies were counted. 78 different species were determined that belong to 18 genus as a result of the identification of isolates obtained. The most often encountered fungus in the atmosphere of Karıyaka and Bornova are Penicillium, Aspergillus, Cladosporium ve Alternaria, respectively. In this study, it was determined that one species identified after being isolated is the possible new records for the micoflora of Turkey. This is Aspergillus caespitosus Raper &Thom
