Özet
Yeni sosyoloji teorilerinin güçlü temsilcilerinden küreselleşme karşıtı Habermas ve Bauman ile ulus-devletlerin küreselleşme karşısında yeniden yapılandırılması görüşünde olan Giddens'ın; gerek toplumsal ve kültürel gerekse politik ve ekonomik çerçevede yaptıkları değerlendirmeler, küreselleşme olgusu ve ulus-devletin konumu açısından dünya toplumuna yeni bir sosyolojik bakış açısı kazandırmıştır. Küreselleşmenin modern toplumları ve dünya düzenini yeniden biçimlendiren bir olgu olması, toplumsal, politik ve ekonomik değişimlerin arka planını oluşturması, aynı zamanda ulus-devletlerin egemenlik alanlarında da değişikliklere yol açmasına neden olmuştur.Küreselleşme karşısında ulus-devletlerin geleceği konusunda Giddens, Bauman ve Habermas'ın farklı görüşleri vardır. Giddens, yeni bir demokrasi anlayışı ile ulusların kozmopolit bir yapıda küreselleşme sürecine uygun bir duruma getirilmesi düşüncesinde iken; Bauman, küreselleşmenin olumsuz yönlerini ele alarak bu sürecin ulus-devlet yapısı üzerindeki etkisine değinmekte, ancak yeni bir yapılanma modeli önermemektedir. Habermas, ise küreselleşme süreci karşısında varlıklarını ve egemenliklerini güçlendirmek adına ulus-devletlerin ulusal kimliği dışarıda bırakarak, bölgesel bütünleşmelerle yönetilmesi gerektiği görüşündedir.Kısaca, sosyolojik açıdan küreselleşme ve ulus-devlet ilişkisinin, çağın bu üç değerli sosyologunun görüş ve düşünceleri çerçevesinde incelenmesi sonucunda; küreselleşme olgusunun ulus-devlet yapısını ortadan kaldırmayacağı, ancak küreselleşme karşısında ulus-devletlerin yeniden yapılaşma sürecine gireceği görüşü öne çıkmaktadır.

The considerations on sociocultural, political and economic context of the powerful representatives of new sociology theories Habermas and Bauman who are against globalisation and, Giddens who supports the idea of the necessity of reconfiguration of nation-states againsts globalisation; bring a new sociological aspect to the globe society in terms of situation of nation-states and globalisation phenomenon. Globalization leads the modifications in the domination areas of nation-states at the same time, since it is a fact, that reconfigurates the modern societies and world order and it constitutes the background of social, political and economic changes.Giddens, Bauman and Habermas have different opinions about the future of globalization against nation-states. While Giddens, has the idea that nations become to have a cosmopolite structure in the globalization process with a new idea of democratisation. Bauman mentions the effects of the globalization process to the structure of the nation-state by dealing with the negative aspects of the globalisation, but he does not recognize a new structural model. On the other hand, Habermas states that, in order to strengthen their existance and sovereignty against globalization process, nation-states have to manage with regional integrations by precluding their national identities.Briefly, as a result of examining the relationship between globalisation and nation-state, from a sociological point of view, in the frame of the views and ideas of this eras three valuable sociologists; the idea of ?globalisation phenomenon can not extinguish the being of nation-states but there is a requirement for reconfiguration of nation-states against globalization? appears.
