Özet
Toplumların gelişmişlik düzeyini belirleyen en önemli faktör eğitimdir. Eğitim sistemini teknolojik gelişmelere uygun olarak geliştirebilen ve yenileyebilen devletlerin gelişme oranları da aynı ölçüde artmaktadır. Nitelikli insan gücünün yetiştirilmesinde ve bunların sürekli yeni çıkan teknolojik gelişmelere uyum sağlamalarında eğitimin rolü büyüktür.Bu tez çalışmasında da sürekli bilgi ihtiyacının olduğu ve teknolojik gelişmelerin yakından takip edilmesi gereken mesleki eğitim kurumlarında kullanılmak üzere web destekli bir eğitim sistemi oluşturulmuştur. Geliştirilen sistem Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı mesleki eğitim kurumlarında Mesleki Eğitim ve Öğretim Sisteminin Güçlendirilmesi Projesi (MEGEP) kapsamında yeniden yapılandırılan modüler yapıdaki eğitim sistemine uygun olarak tasarlanmıştır. Çalışma alanı olarak, Bilişim Teknolojilerinin Temelleri dersi seçilmiş ve sistem bu ders üzerine oluşturulmuştur.Hazırlanan web destekli eğitim sisteminin başarısını ölçmek amacıyla değerlendirme anketi oluşturularak sistemi kullanan öğrencilere uygulanmış ve alınan veriler analiz yöntemleri kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Konunun web destekli eğitim sistemi ile veya geleneksel eğitim sitemi ile verilmesinin öğrenci başarısı üzerine etkisi incelenmiş ve elde edilen veriler değerlendirilmiştir.

The most important factor that determines the society?s development level is education. Education system is on the increase at the same rate according to the technological developments. With that the governments can restore and improve themselves. The educations? act is very important to accommodate new technological developments and bring up qualified manpower constantly.In this thesis, research has been done on the web supported education system and technological developments. These developments are necessary to be followed in Occupational Education Institutes. This improved system is within Occupational Education and Teaching Project (OETP) which is connected to the National Education Ministry. It?s redesigned according to Modular Education System. As a workplace, information technologies classes have been chosen and the Modular Education System has been created on it.The surveying and assessment questionnaire has been created to survey web supported education systems success on the students. The data has been commented by using many analysis methods. The subject has been searched to discover the effects on the students with the web supported and traditional education system. All of the data has been considered.
