Özet
Doğal hukuk, insanın varolduğu günden bu yana, güncelliğini koruyan, siyaset felsefesi, daha sonra ise hukuk felsefesi içerisinde, kendine özgü yeri ve anlamı olan bir siyaset felsefesi problemidir. Doğal hukuk sorunu, insanın doğal yapısında kaynağını bulan, adaleti isteme ve hakça bir düzen kurma duygusu üzerine temellenir. Bu hukuk sorunu, pozitif hukuka kaynaklık etmesi ve tüm insanları memnun edici adaletin, hukuksal sistemler içinde tesis edilmesi bakımından da önemlidir.Thomas Hobbes, John Locke ve Baruch Spinoza da, kendi siyasi, felsefi sistemleri çerçevesinde, insan doğasını incelemişlerdir. Bu üç filozofun, insanın doğal durumuna, doğuştan iyiliği¬- kötülüğü problemine, adalet ve özgürlük duygusuna bakışları, kendi doğal hukuk anlayışlarını belirlemiştir. Bu düşünürlerin doğal hukuk anlayışlarının temelinde, öncelikle kendi yaşadıkları toplumsal ve siyasi koşullara bir karşı çıkış, sonrasında da insanın hak ettiği değerleri almasına dair güçlü bir temenni bulunmaktadır.

Natural law which has its typical place and meaning in philosophy of politics, and philosophy of law, has been a problem of philosophy of politics that has been actual since the day human being existed. Natural law matter is established on the wish of justice and constituting a fair system, which is derived from the natural character of human. This law matter, in terms of being the source for the positive law and of being the justice, which makes all people happy in the legal systems, built, is important.Also Thomas Hobbes, John Locke and Baruch Spinoza researched human nature in their own politics and philosophy systems. These three philosophers? views of innate goodness ? badness problem and the sence of justice and freedom have been shown their own law opinions. At the foundation of these three thinkers? natural law opinions, firstly there is a strong wish of resistance for the social and politics situations and the values that deserved by human.
