Özet
TURKISH SUMMARY (ÖZET) Ülkemizde turizmin karlı bir yatırım haline geldiği son yıllarda, turizmdeki olumlu gelişmenin planlı bir yapılaşma ile desteklenememesi problemlerin kaynağım oluşturmaktadır. Fethiye'de, fiziksel planlama ilkelerine uymayan turizm gelişmesi, bölgeyi etkilediği gibi turizm adına oluşturulan çarpık yapılaşmanın yarattığı çevre problemleri, yörenin turizm geleceğini tehlikeli boyutlara götürmektedir. Bulunduğu yöreye saygısı olmayan uyumsuz bina topluluklarının artış göstermesi sonucu turizm merkezlerinde betonlaşma tehlikesi ortaya çıkmıştır. Türkiye'nin en önemli turizm merkezlerinden birisi olan Fethiye'de turizm gelişimi ile ortaya çıkan olumsuzluklar tehlikeli boyutlara ulaşmıştır. Turizm Bakanlığı ile diğer kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarının aldığı tedbirlerin yetersiz kalması sonucu, hızla artan bir çarpık yapılaşma karakteri yaratılmıştır. Fethiye'deki turistik tesislerin mimari açıdan değerlendirilmesi amacını taşıyan çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, araştırmanın gerekçeleri ve problemin tanımlanmasına çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı ve araştırmada nasıl bir yol izlendiği bu bölümde yer almaktadır. Araştırmanın ikinci bölümünde ise, dünyada ve Türkiye'de turizm gelişimine yer verilmiş ve Türkiye'deki farklı turistik uygulamalar ele alınmıştır. Yine bu bölüm içinde turistik tesislerin oluşumunu hazırlayan kanun, yönetmelik ve genelgelere yer verilmiş ve turizm planlamasında uygulanan farklı yaklaşımlar ele alınmıştır. Araştırmanın üçüncü bölümünde, araştırma alanı olan Fethiye'nin tarihi ve turizm gelişimi açıklanmış ve mimarideki değişimler ele alınmıştır. Bu değişimlere değinilirken Fethiye'nin eski mimari dokusu ortaya konulmuş ve dokunun deprem ile yok olana kadar sergilediği mimari karakter ile turizmdeki gelişmelerin Fethiye'de tatil köylerindeki yansımalarının örnekler ile analizi yapılmıştır. Tatil köylerindeki farklı mimari etkiler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmış, seçilen fotoğraflar ile farklılıkların ortaya konmasına gayret edilmiştir.Araştırmanın son bölümünde ise, olumsuzların önlenmesi için alman tedbirler ve yeni uygulamalara nasıl yansıdığına yer verilmiştir. Özel Çevre Koruma Kararnamesi'nin Fethiye'de mimari doku üzerindeki tesirleri verilmiştir. Araştırma, Fethiye'de bugünkü mimari doku ve önerilerle sonuçlandırılmıştır.

SUMMARY ARCHITECTURAL EVOLUTION OF TOURISTIC FACILITIES IN FETHİYE The lack of support in planning, developing tourism, which has become a profitable investment over the last few years is a source of problem. The development of tourism which breaks the physical planning principles in Fethiye, besides affecting the region and the environmental problems caused by the false construction realized in the name of tourism, put the touristic future of the region in danger. As a result of the increase in the number of buildings which are environment and regardless for the environment, the danger of concreting appeared in the touristic centers. In Fethiye, which is one of the most important touristic centres in Turkey, the development of tourism has reached dangerous dimensions. As a result of inadequate of the precautions taken by the Ministry of tourism and other Public and Official Institutions, a rapid increasing crooked structuring character has been obtained. The first chapter of this research aims to find out the impact of touristic facilities on Fethiye architecture, the problem is handled and its different dimensions are explored. The purpose, content and the method followed in the research are explained in this chapter. In the second chapter, the tourism in Turkey and all over the world, and the impact of touristic facilities on Turkish tourism architecture are examined. In addition, the protocols, laws and regulations preparing the occurrence of tourism architecture, and different understandings applied in touristic architecture are examined. In the third chapter, the history and touristic developments in Fethiye are examined, and the impacts of touristic facilities on her architecture are attempted to be explained. When touching these impacts, besides, the ancient architectural texture of Fethiye put forward and the architectural characteristics of this texture till its destruction by the earthquake and the changes after the earthquake are compared. In the fourth chapter, the analysis of examples as a product of impacts of touristic facilities on architecture are made. The IIdifferences in architectural impressions are attempted to be put forward with the carefully taken photographs as a proof of the reality. In the conclusion and suggestions section, the precautions taken up to now in order to stop these negativities and their reflections on applications are studied. The impacts of the Private Environment Protection Protocol on Fethiye architectural texture are looked at. The study is concluded with the analysis of the current architectural texture of Fethiye and suggestions over the subject. Ill
