Özet
Çimento sektörü, son yıllarda özellikle ülkemiz gibi gelişmekte olan ülkelerde hızla büyüyen bir sektör olmuştur. İnsanlık nüfusuna paralel olarak artan konut ihtiyacı sektörün büyümesini sağlamaktadır. Bina yapımında çimentoya alternatif ürünler bulunmadıkça da çimento sektörü büyümesini devam ettirecektir.Bu çalışmada Türk çimento sektörünün üretim maliyetleri ve sektörde kullanılmakta olan maliyet sistemleri incelenmiştir. Tüm maliyet sistemleri incelendikten ve çimento sektörünün üretim yapısı gereği kullanması gereken maliyet sistemleri araştırıldıktan sonra çimento sektörünün kullanması gereken en uygun maliyet sisteminin ? Safha Maliyet Sistemi ? olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bunun sebebi ise çimento üretimi yapan işletmelerde sürekli ve büyük oranlarda üretim olması ve üretimin birbirine bağlı olan aşamalardan meydana gelmesidir.

Cement sector has become a quickly growing sector in developing countries as in especially our country. Residence requirement which rises parallel with human population provides the sector to grow. As long as alternative products instead of cement are not found the sector will maintain growing.In this study, the production costs of Turkish cement sector and cost system which is used in the sector have been examined. As a conclusion, after all cost systems were examined and the cost systems which are to be used as required by the form of production of cement sector have been explored, it is understood that the Phase Cost System which is required to be used by cement sector is the most apppropriate system. The reason of this is the existance of constant and massive production in the cement-producing-companies and the fact that the production is composed of the stages which depend on each other.
