Özet
Bu çalışma İtalya'da sit alanlarında peyzaj planlama çalışmalarının önemli örneği olarak başlatılan Boretto bölgesi koruma planının özet bir incelemesidir.Günümüzde hızlı nüfus artışı, göç, plansız yerleşim, doğal kaynakların tüketimi, çevre ve yaşama ortamının bozulmasına; tarihi hazinelerin yok olmasına yol açmaktadır. Bu durumda, çevreyi koruyan ve geliştiren yeni kent planlama uygulaması hemen hemen tüm dünya için zorunlu hale gelmiştir. İtalya çevre koruma konusuna en çok önem veren ülkeler arasındadır. Bu konuda kesin imar planlari ve sit alanı uygulamaları vardır.Bu proje, var olan kültür yapı varlığının kurtarılması, yeni neslin ihtiyaçları, turizm ve daha aktif bir çevre yaratmak amacıyla Po nehri kıyılarının yeniden düzenlenmesi için bir pilot proje olarak düşünülecektir Bu projenin amaçları :a)Devamlı erozyonu önlemek,b)Yeni acil ihtiyaçları belirleyip, öneriler sunmak ve toplumun nüfus problemlerine çözümler bulmak,c)Verimsiz hale gelen yerleşik şehrin şekil değiştirmesini kontrol altına almak ve sınırlamak,d)Doğal kaynakların tüketilmesini sınırlamak.Bu çalışmayla özellikle Boretto Bölgesi sit alanı koruma, İyileştirme ve geliştirme kapsamına yönelik peyzaj planlama çalışmaları, tasarımından uygulamasına kadar incelenecektir.

This study is the summarized review of the preservation plan of the Boretto region, made started as significant model of the landscape planning works in Site areas in Italy.Today's rapid population increase, migration, settlement without a plan, and consuming natural resources lead to the deterioration of environment and living medium, as well as disappear of the histrorical richness. In this case, the implementation of a new urban planning, preserving and developing the environment has become compulsory for almost ail of the world Italy is among the countries which emphasizes the greatest importance to the protection of environment it has the public works plans finalized and the applications of site areas.This project shall be such as pilot one to re-arrange the banks of the Po River for the aim to save the existing cultural structure richness and to create more active environment for the needs of new generation, and tourism. The purposes of this project are:a)to hinder erosion continuously;b)to specify new emergency requirements, to present suggestions and to find out population solutions of the community;c)to take and limit the modification of the city settled and become non¬productive under control; andd) to limit the consumption of natural resourcesThrough this study, the landscape planning works oriented to the scope of protection improving and development of the site areas of Boretto Region, particularly, were investigated to such an extend from designing to implementation.
