Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı 2007-2008 öğretim yılında uygulamaya konulan 7. sınıf Fen ve Teknoloji dersi, ders, öğrenci çalışma ve öğretmen kılavuz kitaplarının, öğretmen, öğrenci ve veli görüşleri bağlamında incelenmesinin yapılmasıdır. Çalışma, Haziran 2007 tarih, 2597 sayılı Tebliğler Dergisi'nde ?Ders Kitapları İle Eğitim Araçlarının İncelenmesi ve Değerlendirilmesine İlişkin Yönerge?de belirtilen ?içerik?, ?dil, anlatım ve üslup?, ?öğrenme, öğretme ve ölçme ? değerlendirme? ile ?teknik tasarım ve düzenleme? ölçütlerine göre araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen, öğrenci, öğretmen ve veli anketleriyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma, betimsel bir araştırmadır. Küme örnekleme yoluyla seçilen İstanbul ili, Ümraniye, Çekmeköy ve Sancaktepe ilçelerinde bulunan 29 ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan 49 7. sınıf fen ve teknoloji öğretmeni ile bu okullardan rastgele seçilen 277 7. sınıf öğrencisi ve bu öğrencilerden 125'inin velisi çalışma grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Anket formları yardımıyla toplanan verinin çözümlenmesinde SPSS 16.0 programı kullanılmıştır. Çözümlemelerde, frekans, yüzde ve çapraz tablolamadan yararlanılmıştır.Çalışma sonunda özetle şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır: genel itibariyle velilerin içerik, dil, anlatım ve üslup, öğrenme, öğretme ve ölçme ? değerlendirme ve teknik tasarım ve düzenleme boyutlarında tamamen olumlu görüşe sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir. İçerik boyutuyla ilgili, öğretmenlerin büyük ölçüde olumlu, öğrencilerin ise olumsuz baktıkları belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenler, dil, anlatım ve üslup boyutuyla ilgili tamamen olumlu görüşe sahip iken, öğrenciler nispeten bazı hususlarda olumsuz bakış açısına sahiptir. Öğrenme, öğretme ve ölçme ? değerlendirme boyutuyla ilgili öğretmenlerin büyük ölçüde olumlu, öğrencilerin ise bazı hususlarda olumsuz baktıkları izlenimi edinilmiştir. Teknik tasarım ve düzenleme boyutunda, öğretmen, öğrenci ve velilerin tamamen olumlu görüş bildirdikleri tespit edilmiştir.

The purpose of this study is to examine students?, parents?, teachers? views about Science and Technology student workbook and the teacher?s guide 7th grade.The study was carried out by the researcher according to the criteria including of the content, language, expression and style, learning, teaching and measurement and evaluation with the technical design and arrangement. The criteria was published in the ?Tebligler Journal? numbered 2597, dating June 2007, named ?The Institution Relating To The Examinations And Evaluation Of The Student?s Workbooks And The Educational Materials?. The researcher developed questionnaires for student, teachers and parents. Research participants were 49 7th grade teachers, 277 7th grade students and 125 parents from 29 primary schools placed in districts of Umraniye, Cekmeköy and Sancaktepe in Istanbul. For the analysis of data SPSS 16.0 Windows Statistical Program was used.. In the analysis were established frequency, percentage and diagonal schedule.At the end of the study these conclusions: were reached in general it was determined that parents had completely positive opinion about dimensions of the content, language, expression and style, learning, teaching and measurement and evaluation and the technical design and arrangement. It was determined about the dimension of content that the teachers had on a large scale the positive opinions about the dimensions of the language, the expression and the style, the students have relativity negative opinions about the same subjects. It was observed that about the dimension of the learning, teaching and measurement and evaluation, the teacher looked positive on a large scale, but the students looked negative about the same subjects. In the dimensions of the technical design and the arrangement; It was determined that the teachers the students and the parents informed completely positive views.
