SUMMARY our Study Has six parts after the introduction» I studied the labour relations in history in the introduction part- In the first part I studied concept of employment cont ract and making a employment contract. In the second part I studied the employer's obligations against the labourers in the third part the labuourer's obli gations against the employer. In the fourth part I investigated the wage systems gene ral İy in the fifth part I wrote freedom of working, duration of working daily, right to repose, rest and vacate, right to per form religious duties, trade unions and collective contract of employment, ways of settling labour disputes, unemployment in- su ranee and r e t i r ement » In the sixth part I made subject of discussion the le gally binding capacits of contract of employment, it ' s coming to &n end due to ordinary and extra ordinary reasons and con- sequences of coming to an end of employment contract» T& «tJMBÖJÖBBÖlllM*
