Özet
Hızla gelişen dünyamızda proje yönetimi ve planlama, büyük ve küçük işletmeler için gerekli bir politika haline gelmiştir. Proje yönetimi bütünleşik ve disiplinler arası bir süreç olarak işletme ve kuruluşlar için günümüzde ve gelecekte değişmez bir işlev konumundadır. Proje yönetimi, proje konusu faaliyetlerin planlanması ve planlanan süreçlerin sorunsuz şekilde veya en az hatayla ve müşteri ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak şekilde tamamlanmasını sağlayan programlar, uygulamalar ve kontroller bütünüdür. Hızlı gelişen teknolojiye en çok ihtiyaç duyan sektörlerden biri bankalar sektörüdür. Bu nedenle bankacılık, yeni sistem gereksinimi belirleyip uygularken veya belirli sistemlerini tamamen değiştirirken proje yönetimine ihtiyaç duyar ve proje yönetimi standartlarının nimetlerinden faydalanır. Bu araştırma konusunda bankacılık IT proje yönetimi ve MS Project ile proje planlama konuları ele alınmıştır. MS Project ile bankacılık IT alt yapı sistemi ve bir örnek IT projesi planlanarak araştırma konusu tamamlanmıştır.

In a rapid progressing and evolving environment, project management and planning have become a necessary tool for big and middle sized companies. As an integrated and inter-discipline process, project management is a must have functionality for the companies both for now and in the future? Project management is a combination of programs, applications and controls that enables the planning of project charter activities and to finish the planned processes without problems or with minimum defects and meet customer needs. One the sectors most needing the proliferating technology and the one most adopting itself to it, are the banking sector. For this reason, the banks are in a need of using project management principles while planning on, deciding on and deploying new systems and technologies and benefit from the advantages of it. In this research, ?Banking IT project management? and ?planning projects with MS Project Software? are the topics of this research material. Designing and banking IT infrastructure and planning and IT project with MS project software are given as application examples.
