Özet

All of the written works which have been investigated are only the şarkı form. Because the written works of other forms was not found. Also the composer was a clever man so that lots of other forms which was ayin, ilahi, marş etc. Was composed by him. Unfortunately these works was lost. The composer has not used the kâr and karçe form. Although he has used all of the other forms. Usually he has used the şarkı form like Hacı Arif Bey and Şevki Bey who were the most famous composers in their period. Rıfat Bey has used this form same style in music with them. He preferred to used the classical şarkı form mostly. (ABCB in other words zemin, nakarat, meyan, nakarat) There are a few written works of the double nakaratlı and double meyanli. He has generally used lats of little styles in music in according to all the existing musical note. He has taken great pains not to spoil the pattern in music while he was using them. He has not used the modulation of style usually. Sametimes the has used the modulation of style because he has purposed to make that the psycials of prosodys of lyricks, was the most important thing. He has used a lot of little styles skillfully and carefully from devr-i revan to semai style. He has not been out of the classical style that lots of investigated works showed this situation. The composer was an unruly, free, liberalist and different man. He liked many differences conditions so that he preferred to use different form, different musical mode and different style. There were different structure and different action on the each song.

He didn't play the rush. Mr. Arif,- when he was rush, Mr.Rxfat he had stanted composing later than Mr. Arif. And Mr. Arif is a big neoclassic composer, In the name of Muhayyer-Ktirdi time Abdülhamit, in the 80' s, Mr.Rxfat used this for the first time the written works of Mr. Rıfat, have not been forfotten of 277 pieces, 16 are of religion works. Sultan Fuatelli, has made the songs with a high voice in 1877. Mr. Rıfat, clean and sensible in the XIX contury, in the second half educated, and of which exist a very few song composers, Mr. Arif and Şevki bey became the most famous composors. Five Sultan's periods Rıfat lived in the palace. Since 68 years whole his life he worked hard and he bucame a very important musicien. In the period of two music parts, a lot of musiciens have been educated. And Mr. Rıfat was one of them. The marches he composed have parts of the turkish music of the 1000 march songs we have, the ones of Mr. Rıfat have became the most popular. Since a 1000 years, the marches,“Alay Marşı”,“Annem Beni Yetiştirdi”are the two most listened marches today.
