Özet
Bu araştırmada, eğitimde esnek çalıştırma biçimlerinin öğrenme ortamına yansımalarının çözümlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, öğretmenlerin mesleklerine yükledikleri değer, toplumun öğretmenlik mesleğine bakışı, farklı çalıştırma biçimlerinin öğretmenler tarafından nasıl algılandığı ve değerlendirildiği, bu çalıştırma biçimlerinin öğretmen-öğrenci-yönetici-veli ilişkilerine etkisi, iş güvencesinden yoksun çalıştırılan öğretmenlerin mesleği yerine getirirken yaşadıkları sorunlar eğitimde gerçekleşen neoliberal dönüşüm bağlamında açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak yapılan bu araştırma bir örnek olay çalışmasıdır. Farklı çalıştırma biçimlerinin öğrenme ortamına etkisinin ayrıntılı olarak incelenmesini sağlayacağı düşünüldüğü için, tüm farklı çalıştırma biçimlerinin bulunduğu bir okulda 7'si kadrolu, 3'ü sözleşmeli, 8'i ücretli, 1'i usta öğretici olmak üzere 19 öğretmen ile görüşme yapılmıştır.Araştırmada, farklı çalıştırma biçimlerinin öğretmenlerin paylaşımlarını azalttığı, aynı çalıştırma biçimlerinde istihdam edilen öğretmenlerin daha yakın ilişkiler kurmasını sağlarken, çalıştırma biçimleri farklı olan öğretmenler arasında uzaklık yarattığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğrenci ve velilerin öğretmenin çalıştırma biçimi ile ilgilenmesi nedeniyle öğretmenin çalıştırılma biçiminin öğretmen ve yöneticiler tarafından gizlendiği, kadrolu olmayan öğretmenleri istemeyen velilerin, öğretmen ve yöneticilerle sorunlar yaşadığı, bu süreçte en çok öğretmenin yıprandığı ortaya çıkmıştır. İş güvencesi olmayan öğretmenlerin yöneticilerle kurdukları ilişkilerde diğer öğretmenlere göre daha temkinli davrandıkları, yapmak zorunda olmadıkları birçok işi yaptıkları, günlük yaşamlarına kaygı ve korku hâlinin hâkim olduğu, bu nedenle mesleklerini istedikleri gibi yerine getiremedikleri ortaya çıkmıştır.

The purpose of this research is to analyse the reflections of flexible working forms on the environment of learning. Depending on this purpose, the value that teachers attribute to their work, society evaluation of the work of teaching, teachers? way of perception and evaluation of different working forms, the influence of these working forms on the relations between teachers-students- administrators-guardians, the problems of teachers that are without working guaranty during that occupy their work are tried to be explained in the contex of neoliberal transformation in education.This research that is made by qualitative method of searching is an case study . In a school in which all different forms of working are applied, a conversation is made by nineteen teachers including seven teachers who have working guaranty (long-term personnel), three contract teachers, eight teachers who is paid by the hour and one expert-teacher, since it is thought that this method can provide a detailed investigation of the influences of different working forms on the environment of learning.In this research, it is brought forth that different forms of teaching decrease teachers? sharing of experiences between themselves, the teachers that employ in the same working forms have closer relations than the teachers that employ in different working forms. It is put forth that the working forms of teachers are hidden by teachers and administrators because of curiousity of students and guardians about their working forms; there are problems between guardians, who are not pleased with teachers that are without working guaranty, and teachers and administrators; and consequently teachers are the most unjustly treated workers in this process. The last important conclusions of this research are that the teachers without working guaranty are more deliberate in their relations to administrators than other teachers; they work more than their responsibilities; anixety and fear are dominant in their daily life; and for these reasons they cannot perform their work in the way that they want.
