Özet
Alkol içeren modifiye sıvı diyet sıçanlara 21 gün süreyle verilmiştir. Alkolün kesilmesini izleyen 2., 4., ve 6. saatlerde lokomotor hiperaktivite, stereotipik davranış, anormal postür ve yürüme , kuyruk sertliği, ajitasyon, ve 6. saatte odiyojenik nöbetler değerlendirilmiştir.Deney sonuçlarına göre risperidon (1 ve 2 mg) lokomotor hiperaktiviteyi ve artmış stereotipik davranışı 2. saatte inhibe etmiştir. Postür bozukluğunu 1 mg/kg dozunda 2. , 4. ve 6. ve 2 mg/kg dozunda ise 4. ve 6. saatlerde düzeltmiştir. Risperidon kullanılan dozlarda 2., 4., ve 6. saatlerde anormal yürümeyi ve kuyruk sertliğini düzeltmiş; ve ajitasyonu engellemiştir. Risperidon (1 ve 2 mg/kg) AYS'nun 6. saatinde oluşturulan odiyojenik epileptik nöbetleri engellemiştir.Ketiyapin (8 ve 16 mg/kg) 2. saatte lokomotor hiperaktiviteyi ve artmış stereotipiyi ise 16 mg/kg dozunda 2. ve 4. saatte azaltmıştır. Ketiyapin (8 ve 16 mg/kg), 2., 4. ve 6. saatlerde postür bozukluğunu, anormal yürümeyi ve kuyruk sertliğini düzeltmiştir. Ketiyapin (8 mg/kg) 2., 4. ve 6. saatlerde ajitasyonu engellemiştir. 16 mg/kg ketiyapin odiyojenik nöbetleri tamamen önlemiştir.Ziprasidon (1 mg/kg) lokomotor hiperaktiviteyi 2. ve 6. saatlerde azaltmıştır. Ziprasidon (1 mg/kg) artmış stereotipik davranışı 4. saatte azaltmış, 0.5 mg/kg dozunda postür bozukluğuna 6. saate olumlu etki etmiştir. Ziprasidon (1 mg/kg) anormal yürümeyi 6.saatte düzeltmiştir. Ziprasidon (0.5 mg/kg) kuyruk sertliğini 2. 4. ve 6., saatlerde 1 mg/kg dozunda 2. ve 4. saatlerde düzeltmiştir. Ziprasidon (0.5 ve 1 mg/kg) ajitasyonu 2. ve 6. saatlerde engellemiştir. Ziprasidon (0.5 ve 1 mg/kg) odiyojenik nöbet insidansını azaltmıştır.Verilerimiz risperidon, ketiyapin ve ziprasidonun AYS üzerine bazı faydalı etkileri olabileceğini düşündürmektedir.

Alcohol was given to rats by a liquid diet for 21 days. Rats were observed for locomotor hyperactivity, stereotyped behaviour, abnormal posture and gait, tail stiffness, agitation and odiogenic epileptic seizures.At the 2nd hour, risperidone (1 and 2 mg/kg) produced inhibitory effects on locomotor hyperactivity and increased stereotypic behaviors. At 2nd, 4th, 6 th hours 1 mg/kg and at 4th, 6th hours 2 mg/kg inhibits posture impairment. At 2nd, 4th, 6th hours, 1, 2 mg/kg inhibits abnormal gait, tail stiffness, agitation. Risperidone inhibits odiogenic seizures.Quetiapine (8 and 16 mg/kg) reduced the locomotor hyperactivity at the 2nd hour. At 2nd and 4th hours, 16 mg/kg inhibits increased stereotypic behaviours. 8 and 16 mg/kg produced inhibitory effects on posture, gait impairments, tail stiffness at 2nd, 4th, 6th hours. 8 mg/kg produced inhibitory effects on agitation at 2nd, 4th, 6th hours. 16 mg/kg inhibits odiogenic seizures.Ziprasidone (1 mg/kg) decreased the locomotor hiperactivity at the 2nd and 6th hours. 1 mg/kg produced inhibitory effects on increased stereotypic behaviours at the 4th hour. At the 6th hour, 0.5 mg/kg has affirmative effect on the intensity of posture impairment. At the 6th hour, 1 mg/kg decreased the intensity of gait impairment. 0.5 mg/kg inhibits tail stiffness at the 2nd, 4th, 6th hours and 1 mg/kg inhibits tail stiffness at 2nd, 4th hours. At 2nd, 6th hours (0.5 and 1 mg/kg) inhibits agitation.Results suggest that risperidone, quetiapine and ziprasidone treatment has some beneficial effects for controlling AWS symptoms.
