Özet
Araştırma, ameliyathane hemşirelerinin laser kullanımı için aldıkları güvenlik önlemlerini belirlemek ve bu konuda yapılan eğitimin güvenlik önlemleri üzerindeki etkisini incelemek amacıyla ön test - son test kontrol gruplu düzende yarı deneysel olarak yapıldı. Örneklemi özel bir sağlık grubuna bağlı hastanelerinin ameliyathanelerinde çalışan ve laser kullanan 55 ameliyathane hemşiresi oluşturdu. Verilerinin toplanmasında soru formu, eğitim kitapçığı ve değerlendirme formu kullanıldı. Kurumdan çalışma izni ve etik kurul izni alındıktan sonra çalışmaya katılan hemşirelere önce soru ve değerlendirme formu uygulandı. Sonra birebir her bir hemşireye laser kullanımıyla ilgili sorumlulukları ve kullanım öncesi, sırası ve sonrasında yapması gerekenlere ilişkin eğitim verildi. Soru formunun ikinci bölümü ve değerlendirme formu eğitim bitiminde ve eğitimden bir ay sonra tekrar uygulandı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney U, Wilcoxon testleri ile Pearson korelasyon analizinden yararlanıldı. Ameliyathane hemşirelerinin yaşları 18-44 arasında değişiyordu ve % 80'i kadındı. Hemşirelerin laser eğitimi öncesi doğru yanıt puan ortalamaları 13,72±3,54; eğitim sırası doğru yanıt puan ortalamaları 18,85±1,60; eğitimden bir ay sonraki doğru yanıt puan ortalamaları ise 17,23±1,89 bulundu. Eğitim öncesi, eğitim sırası ve sonrası puan ortalamaları arasında istatistiksel olarak ileri derecede anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu belirlendi (p<0,001). Kıdem yılına göre eğitim öncesi ve eğitimden bir ay sonraki doğru yanıt ortalamaları farkı arasında ters yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu belirlendi (r=0,426; r=0,233).Ameliyathane hemşirelerine laser güvenliği konusunda yapılan eğitim etkili olmuştur. Yaş ve mesleki kıdem yılı, yapılan eğitimler üzerinde etkili faktörlerdir.

The research has been made semi empirically in order with pre-control and final control groups for the purpose of analysing the effect on safety measures of the education that has been made in this regard and the specify the precautions taken for safety of surgical nurses for the usage of Laser device. Research Sample has been formed by 55 surgery nurses who work at the operation rooms and has been using laser devices at the hospitals that are connected to a private health organization. The questionary form, training booklet and assessment form have been used as the three means during the accumulating of datas. After the written permission from the foundation and ethical permission from the board were received, firstly the questinary form and then the assessment form were carried out with the nurses taken in part in this study. And then the necessary training related with the responsibilities of using laser device and what has to be made succesively before and after using it has been given to each nurse face to face and one by one. The second section of questinary form and assessment form have been applied when the training was finished and was repeated after one month from the training date. For the evaluation of data, the tests of -Wallis, Mann-Whitney U, Wilcoxon have been used with analyse of Pearson correlation. The ages of operation nurses were changing between 18-44 and the 80% of them were women. The average correct point of nurses before laser training were 13,72±3,54. The average correct point of nurses during training 18,85±1,60; And the average correct point of nurses after one month from the training date was found 17,23±1,89. It has been defined a meaningful differences statistically significant amoungst the average points of pre- training,during training and after training (p<0,001). According to length of service years,the difference of average correct points of replies between pre training and one month after the traning date has been defined a meaningfully connection in reverse direction (r=0,426; r=0,233).The training applied to the operation nurses about the safety of laser has been effective. The age and the professional length of service years are the effective factors on training given.
