Özet
Osmanlı şiirinin muhtevası oldukça zengin ve kapsadığı alan da oldukça geniştir. Bunun en açık göstergesi birçok alana dair içinde barındırdığı kavramlardır. ?Osmanlı Şiirinde Açık Mekânlar? başlığı altında yapılan bu çalışmada, mekân olarak sadece ülke, şehir, semt vs.nin kastedilmemesi gerektiği anlaşılmıştır. Bunun yanında dağ, nehir, ada gibi mekânların olduğu ve hatta bizim göremediğimiz farklı âlemlerin de varlığı sözkonusudur.Çalışmanın ana başlığı ?Osmanlı Şiirinde Açık Mekânlar?dır. Burada ?açık mekân? ifadesinin kullanılma sebebi ev, saray, han vs. gibi kapalı mekânları dışarıda bırakmak ve ?açık mekân? alanında daha geniş çalışabilmektir.Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde mekân hakkında bilgi verilmiş, çalışmanın neden ve nasıl yapıldığına dair açıklama yapılmıştır. ?Açık Mekânlar? başlığı ile ele alınan bölümde açık mekânlar üç bölümde tasnif edilmiştir: Metafizik Âleme Ait Mekânlar; Kıta, Bölge, Şehir, Semt vb. Mekânlar; Dağ, Deniz, Ada vb. Mekânlar. Çalışmada mekânların eserlerdeki kullanım sıklığı, mekânlar hakkında ansiklopedik bilgiler ve örnek beyitler verilmiştir. Her üç bölümün başında şiirlerde en çok yer alan mekânların kullanım sıklığı ve kaç eserde kullanıldığı tablolar halinde verilmiştir.?Yüzyıllara ve Kıtalara Göre Coğrafî Mekânlar? başlığı ile incelenen eserlerde geçen coğrafî mekânların eserler ölçü alınarak hangi yüzyıllara ve kıtalara ait olduğu tabloyla verilmiştir.Çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde Osmanlı şiirinde geçen açık mekânların tasnifi, bu mekânların sayısı yine bu mekânların ulaşılabilen özelliklerine dair bilgiler ve açık mekânların en çok kullanılanları bir çizelge ile verilmiştir.

The content of Ottoman poetry is quite rich and comprehensive. The most explicit sign of this case is the notions the poetry has as regards to many distinct fields. For instance, in the study ?The Public Sites in Ottoman Poetry?, it has been understood that ?site? does not only mean country, city, district, and etc. In addition to horoscopes, stars, planets, mountains, rivers and islands, the worlds that we cannot observe exists in Ottoman poetry.The main title of the study is ?The Public Sites in Ottoman Poetry.? Herein, my purpose using ?the public site? as an expression is to exclude such indoor sites as houses, palaces, inns and to study more broadly in ?public sites.?In the introduction of the study, the reader is informed about the site, and the explanation about why and how the study has been carried out is available. In the part called ?The Public Sites in Ottoman Poetry,? the public sites have been classified under three headings. These are as such: The Sites related to Metaphysical Universe; The Sites such as Continents, Regions, Cities, and Districts; The Sites such as Mountains, Seas, and Islands. Besides the special names of these public sites, how often people were on these places and the enclopedic information and sample poems have been added. At the end of each heading, how often these sites were used and in how many works they were included have been given in tables.?The Sites in terms of Centuries and Continents? includes the tables based upon the works having been studied, and which century and continent they belong to in terms of geographical places. In the concluding part of the study, the classification of the public sites in Ottoman poetry, the number of these sites, their qualities, and the findings about the poets? judgments and descriptions about these places. As a last point, the table about how often these public sites were used has been given.
