Özet
Dil bilgisi; ana dilinin korunup gelişmesinde, kültürde en önemlisi de eğitimöğretimde son derece önemlidir. Dil ve kültür arasında sıkıbir ilişki vardır. Dili var eden kültür, kültürü gelecek kuşaklara aktaran dildir. Toplumlar kültürünü ana diliyle aktarır. Birey anne karnında tanıştığıana dilini ölünceye kadar kullanır. Dil bilgisi, ise bireyin ömür boyu kullandığıana dilinin kurallar bütünüdür. Bu sebeple özellikleilköğretimde dil bilgisi büyük önem arz etmektedir. Ülkemizde bugün dil bilgisi öğretimi birçok problemle karşıkarşıyadır. Ana dili ile iletişim kuran bireyler anlama ve anlatımda kopukluklar yaşamaktadır. Buproblemlerin biran önce, doğru metodlarla tespit edilerek çözüme kavuşturulması gerekir. İlköğretim eğitim-öğretimin temelini oluşturmaktadır. Dil bilgisi öğretiminde yaşanan problemlerin tespiti için temele inilmelidir. Bunun için dil bilgisi öğreticilerinin, öğretmenlerimizin görüşleri alınmalıdır. Çalışmamızda öğretmenlerimize anket yoluyla görüşleri sorulmuştur. Anket çalışmamız iki bölümden oluşmuştur. İlk bölümde öğretmenlerin demografik durumlarıtesbit edilmiştir. Anketin ikinci bölümünde öğretmenlerimize hangi alanlarda ne tür problemler yaşadıklarıve bu problemlere çözüm önerileri sorulmuştur.Çalışmamız ortaya çıkan sonuçların değerlendirilmesi ve gelecekte yapılacak çalışmalara ışk tutmasıamacıyla önerilerde bulunularak sonuçlandırılmıştır.

The grammar is rather important for saving and developing the native langue, the culture and especially the education. There is a close relationship between the culture and the language. The culture that was become of the language and the language was the carrier of the culture to the next generation. The nation transfers its own culture to the next generation by the no tive language.A person uses his/ her own language met in the mother stomache till the end of the life.The grammar is full of rules that a person uses during whole life.Because of this, especially the grammar isthe most important thing in the Primary School Education. Unfortunately, today the education of the grammar is against with lots of problems in our country.The people who are getting connection with their own native language have some deficiencies in explaining and understanding each other during the communication.It needs to find and solve these problems with the right methods urgently. The Primary School is the main stage of the education.It needs to get to the first stage for determining the problems of the grammar .Therefore, it has to be taken theopinions of the Primary School Teachers.In our project, we had taken their opinions by the questionnaire. Our questionnaire study contained two parts.At the first part of it, it was determined the situation of the teachers. At the second part of it the teachers were asked what kind of problems that they had lived and their suggestions for these problems. Our project was finished by giving the suggestions for evaluating the results and lighting the was for the next studies.
