Özet
İnsanların barınma ihtiyacını karşılayan konutlar, değişen toplumsal yapı ve yaşam biçiminin etkisinde, bugüne kadar birçok değişim geçirmiştir. Belirli bir dönemde ve bölgede inşa edilmiş konutlar, yapım yılları itibari ile ait oldukları dönemin toplumsal beğenisini, ekonomik imkânlarını ve kültürel oluşumunu yansıtırlar. Bu bağlamda konutların, mekansal kuruluş prensipleri incelendiğinde yaşam biçimi ve mekan kullanım kalıpları gibi birçok konuda bilgi edinmek mümkündür. Cumhuriyet devrimleri ile başlayan toplumsal hayattaki değişimler, dünya görüşü, yaşama biçimi, aile yapısı ve ailedeki rollerde değişikliklere yol açmıştır. Değişen yaşam biçiminin bir yansıması olarak konut kullanım kalıpları ve konutun iç mekan örgütlenme karakteri de değişmiştir. Bu çalışma, Cumhuriyet sonrası sosyal, kültürel ve ekonomik hayatta yaşanan değişimlerin toplumsal hayata, dolayısıyla yaşam biçimimize ve bunun yansıması olarak konut kullanım kalıplarımıza etkilerini 1960- 1979 döneminde inşa edilmiş apartman tipi konutlar üzerinden incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. İlk bölümde; konut kavramı, ve tarihsel süreç içinde Türk Evi ve apartmana genel olarak değindikten sonra, Türkiye ve Trabzon'da Cumhuriyet sonrası sosyo- ekonomik hayatta yaşanan değişimler ve bu süreçte konut yapımıyla ilgili politikalardan bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde; çalışmanın amacı ve çalışmada izlenen yöntemler anlatıldıktan sonra çalışma alanı tanıtılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde; çalışma kapsamında incelenen konutlar için hazırlanan analiz tablolarına ait bulgular ile Hillier analizi bulgularına yer verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise; elde edilen bulgular ile toplumsal değişimlerin yaşama kültürüne ve konut mekanına etkisi irdelenmiştir. Çalışmanın değerlendirmesinin yapıldığı beşinci bölümde ise; irdelenen bulguların genel değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Altıncı ve son bölümde ise; sürdürülebilecek diğer araştırma konularından bahsedilmiştir.

The residences meeting the accommodation needs of the people have had a lot of changes until today under the effect of the changing social structure and life style of the people. Residences contracted in a specific period and area reflects the taste of the period they belong, economic opportunities and cultural development in respect of the construction dates. In context, it is possible to have information regarding the life style and residence usage styles by analyzing the spatial construction principles. Changes in the social life starting with the Republic Revolutions caused changes in the world view, life style, family structure and the roles in the family. As a reflection of the changed life style, residence usage styles and indoor organization characteristic have also changed. This study aims analyzing effects of the post Republic changes experienced in the social, cultural and economic changes on the social life, accordingly on our life style and as a reflection of this on our residence usage styles with using the example of the apartment type of residences constructed in the 1960-1970 period. After mentioning generally the residence notion, Turkish House in the historical process and apartment in the first section, the Post Republic changes experienced in the socioeconomic life in Trabzon and Turkey and the policies regarding the residence construction in this period have been referred. In the second section, the objective of the study and the methods followed in the study have been stated and the study are have been introduced. Findings regarding analyzes charts prepared for the residence examined within the scope of the study and Hillier analyze finding have been included in the third section. As for the fourth section, the effect of the achieved findings and the social changes on the living culture and residence place has been studied. In the fifth section in which the study assessment is made, general assessment of the studied findings has been made. In the sixth and last section, the others research subject to be studied have been mentioned.
