SUMMARY - The Thesis of Master - The subject of this thesis is“ in the sectarians of Hanefles and Şafles, Discussions of rey (View) and tradition (Hadith)”The thesis contains two part with a long introduction. In the introduc tion, we have tried to the points of“rey”of the prophet (Peace be upon him) and companions and the fallowing generation (Tâbiûn) at the subject of“rey' and tredition. İn the first part, we have studied in the epoch of ”ictihad“ the discus sions between Hanefles and Şafles and the matter on appeaning of fikh school effects of sectarians. İn the second part, we have remarket the influences of discussions to the methadologies of law. We have get examples Practially the approaches of methodologies to the live. ”***as^
