Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı benlik saygısı, sosyal yetkinlik beklentisi ve duyguları ifade etme eğilimi değişkenlerinin lise öğrencilerinin öznel iyi oluş düzeylerini yordama gücünü belirlemektir.Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, Öznel İyi Oluş Ölçeği, Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği, Sosyal Yetkinlik Beklentisi Ölçeği Ve Duyguları İfade Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya İzmir ili merkez ilçelerde eğitim görmekte olan 586 öğrenci katılmıştır.Araştırma verilerinin analizinde benlik saygısı, sosyal yetkinlik beklentisi ve duyguları ifade etme eğiliminin öznel iyi oluşu yordama gücünü belirlemek amacıyla aşamalı çoklu regresyon analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır.Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular şu şekilde özetlenebilir; benlik saygısı ve sosyal yetkinlik beklentisi değişkenlerinin öznel iyi oluşun anlamlı yordayıcıları oldukları fakat duyguları ifade etme eğiliminin benlik saygısının anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olmadığı bulunmuştur.

The aim of this study to determine the predictive power of variables that self- esteem, social self efficacy and tendency to express of emotions on the subjective well being of high school students.Subjective Well Being Scale, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Inventory, Social Self Efficacy Scale by Bilgin, Emotional Expresssion Scale by King and Emmons were used in this study.586 high school students from Izmir's high scholl, constituted the target sample. In order to determine the predictive power of variables that self-esteem, social self efficacy and tendency to express of emotions on the subjective well being of high school students, stepwise multiple regression analysis was conducted.The findings of this study can be summarized as follows; variables that self- esteem and social self efficacy were significant in predicting subjective well being of high school students. But tendency to express of emotions was not significant in predicting subjective well being of high school students.
