Özet
Bu tez çalışmasının amacı; 360 derece performans öz değerlendirme sisteminin verimlilik ile ilişkisinin incelenmesi olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu çerçevede, çalışmanın ilk bölümlerinde 360 derece performans değerlendirme sistemi ve verimlilik kavramlarının temel bileşenleri ve boyutları açıklanmıştır.Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında, Erzurum'da faaliyet gösteren özel eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan 85 öğretmene anket uygulanmıştır. 360 derece performans öz değerlendirme sisteminin verimlilik üzerine etkisi teorik olarak açıklanmıştır. Bu kapsamda geliştirilen hipotezler uygun istatiksel yöntemlerle analiz edilmiştir.Sonuç olarak; 360 derece performans öz değerlendirme sisteminin öğretmenlerin verimliliğe bakış açılarını etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.

The main objective of this thesis is to explain the relationship between 360 degree performance self-assessment system and productivity. In this context, the main compotents and dimension of 360 degree performance assessment system and productivity are explained in first parts of the study.In this study, the data were gathered by survey technique which was made by 85 teachers, working at private primary schools in Erzurum. The effect of 360 degree performance self-assessment system on productivity are theoretically explained. The research hypothesis of the thesis are analyzed by suitable statistical methods.As a result; findings confirm that 360 degree performance self-assessment system affects on teacher's idea on productivity.
