Özet
Uzun yıllar boyu Hollanda?da yaşayan veya Türkiye?den Hollanda?ya göç etmesi sebebiyle ömrünün neredeyse yarısını Hollanda?da geçirmek zorunda kalan, küreselleşen Dünya içinde ticarette aktif olmayı başaran HOGİAF üyesi Türk işadamlarıyla gerçekleştirilen görüşmeler sonucunda, ekonomiye bakışları ve ekonomik konumlarıyla ilgili görüşleri tezin amacını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Hollanda?ya göç etmiş olan veya Hollanda?da doğmuş ticarete atılmış ve HOGİAF BİAD üyesi olan Türkler oluşturmaktadır. Bu örneklem grubunun bölgesi Kuzey Brabant Bölgesi olarak belirlenmiştir. Derinlemesine görüşme teknikleri kullanılarak katılımcıların görüşleri alınmıştır. Bu görüşmelerde yaş ve cinsiyet ayrımı gözetilmeksizin toplamda 19 kişiyle görüşülerek derinlemesine görüşme gerçekleştirilmiştir. Görüşmenin başlangıcında görüşmecilere doğum yeri, yaşadığı yer, Hollanda?da yaşama süresi, eğitim durumu, medeni durumu, ailenin göç hikâyesi bilgileri sorularak bir tanışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Daha sonraki aşamada ise görüşmeyi gerçekleştirilen kişilere konu başlıklarına göre hazırlanmış sorular yöneltilerek konu ile ilgili fikirleri sorulup cevaplar alınmaya çalışılmış ve bulgular elde edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde araştırmanın sorun/sorunsalı belirlenmiş ve sorun/sorunsala paralel olarak kavramsal çerçeve oluşturularak araştırmanın gerekçesi, önemi ve hipotezleri bu bölümde sunulmuştur. Araştırmanın ikinci bölümünde araştırmanın örneklemi hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Araştırma sorusunun ve modelinin belirlenmesi süreci, verilerin toplanması ve analizi bu bölümün içeriğini oluşturmaktadır. Ayrıca araştırmada kullanılan metodolojiye ayrıntılı şekilde yer verilerek, araştırma yapılırken karşılaşılan güçlüklere de bu bölümde değinilmiştir. Araştırmanın üçüncü bölümde bulgular yer almaktadır. Ulaşılan bulgular, görüşmeler sırasında görüşülen kişilerin ifadelerinde önemli bulunan yerler, orijinal cümleleri ile sunulmaktadır.

As a result of the interviews done with the HOGİAF members Turkish businessmen who had been living in Holland for a long time or who had to spend almost half their lives in Holland because they had to immigrate to Holland from Turkey and who managed to remain commercially active in the globalizing World, their points of view toward economy and their opinions regarding their economic positions constitute the purpose of the thesis. Turkish persons who immigrated to Holland or who were born and took up business in Holland and who are members of HOGİAF BİAD constitute the samples of the research. The region of this sample group has been determined to be Northern Brabant Region. With the use of in-depth interview techniques, the participants were asked their opinions. In-depth interviews were done where 19 persons in total were interviewed regardless of age and sex during these interviews. At the beginning of the interview an introduction was done by asking the interviewers about their place of birth, hometowns, duration of their living in Holland, educational status, marital status and information about the immigration history of the family. In the following step, the interviewers were asked questions that were prepared according to subject titles, responses were aimed for the questions asked about the subject and the thesis has been obtained findings. In the first section of this study, the problem/problematic of the research was determined and the justification, importance and hypothesis of the research were presented in this section by creating a conceptual framework in parallel with the problem/problematic. Information about the sample of the research was provided in the second section of the research. The process of determining the question and model of the research, and analysis and collection of findings constitute the context of this section. Moreover, the methodology used in the research was mentioned in detail and the difficulties that were encountered during the research were also mentioned in this section. The third section of the research contains the findings. The findings that were obtained and the points in the statements of the persons that were interviewed that were considered to be important are presented in their original sentences.
