Özet
Estetik algının nesnesi olan güzel kavramı, çeşitli felsefi akımların etkisinde, düşünce tarihi boyunca birçok filozof tarafından ele alınmıştır. Sanat felsefesi tartışmaları ontolojik, epistemolojik, politik ve etik tartışmalardan bağımsız düşünülemez. Sanat, çağın tini ile değişmekle beraber felsefesi olan bir disiplindir. Bu tez çalışmasında güzel kavramının felsefe tarihinde çeşitli bağlamlarda ele alınışı ve Friedrich Schiller?in özgün katkısı değerlendirilmiştir. Schiller oyun yazarı, şair ve düşünür kimliğiyle, güzeli yorumlamış ve insanın estetik eğitimi gibi özgün bir alan yaratarak katkıda bulunmuştur. Schiller, bireyin estetik olarak eğitilmesini öngörerek, konuyla ilgili felsefi ve sosyopolitik yorumlarda bulunmuştur. İnsanın estetik eğitiminin olanaklılığı ile güzelin öznel, öznelerarası ve nesnel konumunun irdelendiği bu çalışmanın, konuyla ilgili çalışmalara ışık tutacağı düşünülmektedir.

Under the influence of various philosophical ?isms, beauty has been considered as a concept by many philosophers throughout the history of ideas. The discussions on philosophy of art cannot be thought apart from ontological, epistemological, political, and ethical issues. Art is a dynamic discipline which has a special philosophical feature and it changes according to the spirit of era. In this thesis, Friedrich Schiller?s unique contributions on the concept of beauty and the diverse philosophical dimensions of the concept of beauty are both included. Schiller, an author, a poet and a philosopher, interprets beauty and uniquely evaluates the aesthetic education of individuals in terms of creating a special discussion. Schiller also has philosophical and socio-political interpretations in which he emphasizes the aesthetic education of the individual. The possible conditions and the subjective, intersubjective, and objective attitudes of aesthetic education of mankind drive the aim of this study that is to enlighten the projecting concerns on this topic.
