Özet
Hegel Felsefesinde Ahlak ve Törellik başlığını taşıyan bu tezde, Hegel'in ahlak ve kurumsallaşmış ahlak anlamına gelen törelliğe dair çözümlemeleri ele alınıp incelenecektir. Bu amaçla çalışmada, Hegelci sistematikte ahlak ve törellik; soyut haktan, ahlaka; ahlaktan törelliğe giderek genişleyip, kurumsallaşan bir yapıda ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın ana kaynağı Hukuk Felsefesinin Prensipleri olmakla birlikte; ayrıca Hegel'in ahlak ve törelliği daha farklı bir biçimde ele aldığı Tinin Görüngübilimi eseri de çalışmamızda konunun daha iyi anlaşılması için tamamlayıcı bir rol üstlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte Hegel'in diğer eserlerinden de yararlanılmıştır. Eleştirel bir yaklaşım sergileyebilmek için de, çalışmanın genelinde Hegel felsefesi hakkında yapılan çalışmalardan destek alınmıştır.

In this study, which is titled Morality and Ethical Life in Hegel's Philosophy, Hegel's analysis of morality and institutional morality, which means ethical life, will be discussed and examined. For that purpose, morality and ethical life, in Hegel's systematic, have been discussed from abstract right, morality to ethical life with the gradually expanding and institutionalizing order in this study. Although, the main source of this study is The Philosophy of Right; The Phenomenology of Spirit has been assigned for supplementary role to provide a better understanding of the subject. However, the other works of Hegel have also been used. For a critical approach, the works related to Hegel himself and his philosophy have been used to enrich the assertions given throughout this study.
