In this research, which is the first study in our country in this structuresof . the countries developed in the branch of judo have been examined by the the help of some references. Our system of training and administrative structure have· been researched tlllough observation in place and through direct interviews with the trainers, sp011smen and administrators. Also, a detailed survey consisting of 93 questions was applied to 108 judokas who have concentrated on heavy training, reached the level of national team and participated in the international organizations. As a result, some problems have been specified such as the lack of an environment for using scientific methods in the areas of management, education, planning and organization, the points that cause the reduction of the efficiency of training, some health and nutritional problems and same psychological problemS affection training in the negative sense. The specified issues that affect negatively the efficiency of training have been tried to be reduced if not abolished through new systems and new plannings ( tecl)ical, tactical, administrative and psychological ). The ergonomical basis of the tecnical exercises and the tecniques applied standing and on floor, the basic points in the techniques such uchikomi, randori, competition, yokusokugeiko, sutegeiko and fornlal exercises, body movements, basic positions, ukemi, appropriate usage of power, konsetsuwaza-Iocking and oseokomiwaza have been put forward of judokas. parallel to the scintific changes and developments in judo training, it is pointed out that besides approaching more seriously to studies in Turkey related with judo training, the conflicts should be avoided and the problems which have occurred as a result of the usage of old systems still being applied in trainings should be solved. Another purpose of this study is to enlighten the researchers who will make scientific research in this field from now on and especially the students being educated in the judo branches of the universities, to avoid the mistakes of trainers and the sportmen in the adaptation of their general knowledge of training to the training of judo and to emphasize how important the role the administrators play in the effiency of training.
