Özet
Hadislerin tedvîn ve tasnif dönemi kadar şerh edebiyatının oluşum süreci de oldukça önem arz etmektedir. Hadis külliyatının en önemli eserleri üzerine yazılan şerhler Hz. Peygamber'in sözlerini doğru anlamlandırmada önem arz etmektedir. Bu şerh faaliyetleri Arapçadan Arapçaya şerhi kapsadığı gibi değişik dillere yapılan tercüme ve şerhleri de içine almaktadır. Bu kapsamda Cumhuriyet döneminde ülkemizde dikkat çeken eserlerden birisi Ahmed Davudoğlu'nun Sahîh-i Müslim Tercüme ve Şerhi'dir. Bu eserin muhtevasına bakıldığı zaman Buhârî şârihi ve aynı zamanda Hanefî Mezhebi mensubu Bedreddin Aynî'nin görüşlerine sıklıkla yer verildiği ve bunun bir akademik çalışmaya konu olacak nitelikte olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde konu, metot ve kaynaklar ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde Müslim'in el-Câmiu's-sahîh adlı eserine ve şerh edebiyatının gelişimine temas edilmiş, ikinci bölümde de Ahmed Davudoğlu'nun hayatı şerhinin genel özellikleri hakkında bilgi vermek de ihmal edilmemiştir. Tezin üçüncü bölümünde bu çalışmada Davudoğlu'nun Bedreddin Aynî'den, aynen alıntı yaptığı yerler, ihtisar ederek aldığı yerler, isim zikrederek ve isim tasrih etmeden aldığı yerler, her iki şerhi de mukayese ederek tespit etmeye çalışılmış ve söz konusu bu iktibasların gerekçeleri üzerinde durulmuştur.

The era of compilation and classification of the hadith is as important as the process of the literature of exegesis. The exegeses written on the hand of the most important works of the entire corpus of hadith is very important for understanding and giving correct meaning to the words of The Prophet. The exegesis activities include exegeses from Arabic to Arabic, translations and exegeses in different languages. One of the works in this content that draws attention in our country in the time of Turkish Republic is 'the Translation and the Exegesis of Sahıh Muslim' (Sahîh-i Müslim Tercüme ve Şerhi) of Ahmed Davudoğlu. When we look at the content of this work, we'll see that the opinions of the annotator of Buhari and member of the Hanefi cult Bedreddin Ayni are frequently added. And it appears that it can even be a subject for an academic work. In the second part, information has been given about the life of Ahmed Davudoglu and the general features of the exegesis. In the third part of this work is to determine the parts that Davudoglu has quoted exactly, condensed, and also parts he has mentioned with and without names from Bedreddin Ayni, by comparing the two exegeses, and pointing out the facts about the quotation that are mentioned. Also to mention about the progress of the literature of exegesis and Cami'u's-Sahih of Muslim is one of the main purposes.
