Özet
Değişen ve gelişen dünyada her yenilik eğitime faklı bir boyut eklemiştir. Günümüzde küreselleşen bir bilgi ağı olan internet, eğitim için önemli bir basamak taşı olmuştur. Bilginin ulaşılabilirliğinin ve paylaşılabilirliğinin artmasıyla eğitim için işler hem kolaylaşmış hem de karmaşıklaşmıştır. Ülkeler eğitim sistemlerini korumak ve geliştirmek adına internetten verimli faydalanabilmenin yollarını aramaktadırlar. Türkiye de FATİH (Fırsatları Artırma ve Teknolojiyi İyileştirme Hareketi) Projesiyle eğitim sisteminin yeni çağa uyum sağlamasını başarmaya çalışmaktadır. Millî eğitim bakanlığı FATİH Projesi kapsamında bir çok yeniliğe imza atmıştır. Bunlardan www.eba.gov.tr adresli Eğitim Bilişim Ağı (EBA) tüm öğretmenlerin kullanabileceği bir paylaşım platformu sunmaktadır. EBA sitesi öğretmenlere e-içerik sunan, dosya paylaşımı sağlayan ve eğitimdeki yenilikleri takip edebilme imkânı sunan işlevsel bir sitedir. Çalışmam öğretmenlerimizin bu yeni siteden ne derece faydalanabildiklerini ölçmenin yanında bu sitede ne derece paylaşımlarda bulunduklarını da ölçmektedir. Çalışmamın anket soruları öğretmenlerin site içinde yapabilecekleri işler konusunda onlara ışık tutmaktadır. Sitenin bölümleri, amacı, işlevselliği, sosyal medya bileşenleri detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmış olup, öğretmenlerin siteyi kullanım sıklığının belirlenmesinin yanında, site için rehber olacak bir çalışma yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, öğretmenlerin EBA sitesinde en çok haberleri okudukları en az dosya paylaşımında bulundukları yani öğretmenlerin siteyi bilgi paylaşmaktan çok bilgi almak için kullandıkları görülmüştür. Öğretmenlerin siteyi kullanım sıklığı olması gerekenin çok altında çıkmıştır. Ayrıca, öğretmenlerin büyük çoğunluğunun sosyal medya hesabı bulunmasına rağmen, sosyal medyada EBA'yı takip etmedikleri görülmektedir. Okullarda düzenlenecek yarışma ve etkinliklerle öğretmenlerin EBA'yı kullanma sıklıkları arttırılabilir. In the changing and evolving world, every innovation has add another different aspect to education. Nowadays, a globalizing information network, the internet has been a stepping stone for education. With the increase of accessibility and share ability of knowledge, education has become more complex and easier. Countries in the name of protecting and improving the education system from the internet are searching for efficient ways to benefit. Turkey, with the Fatih Project (Increasing Opportunities and Improving Technology Movement) is trying to achieve the adaptation at the education system to the new era. The ministry of education, with in the Fatih Project, has taken a lot of innovations the address of Education Information Technologies Network (EBA) www.eba.gov.tr offers a sharing platform that can be used by all teachers. EBA is a functional site offering e-content and the opportunity to follow the innovations and enables file sharing for teachers. My work aims to measure to what extend our teachers make use at this new site and share materials. My work gives teachers a lead about what they can do in this new site. Sections of the site, objectives, functionality and social media components are mentioned in a detailed way. With the survey, as well as determining the level of use of the site, it is aimed to be a guide work for site. Research results show that teachers mostly read news and at the least share files on the EBA website. In other words, teachers use the site to get information rather than sharing information. Teachers' level of usage of the website is well below the required levels. In addition, although the majority of teachers have social media accounts it is seen that the majority of the paticipants do not follow EBA in social media. With the contests and events held in schools , teachers' usage frequency of EBA can be increased by announcing to teachers and students that they can follow EBA in social media.
