Özet
1921 - 1923 Dönemlerine ait mevcut sayılarını incelediğimiz“İstikbâl”gazetesinin, bu döneme ait yayın politikasını yazı başlıklarıyla Kronolojik bir sırada verdik. Çalışmadan elde ettiğimiz sonuca göre özellikle gazetenin sahibi ve baş yazan olan Faik Ahmed'in (Barutçuzâde) gazetedeki yazılarıyla Kuvâ-yi Milliye ruhunu taşıdığını, Ankara Hükümetini desteklediğini ve Türk milletini de bu yünde teşvik ve tenvir ettiğini görüyoruz. Çalışmamızda amaç, o günün şartlan içinde gelişen olaylara bir yorum getirmek değil, Anadolu basını arasında yer alan İstikbâl gazetesinin bu olayları ele alış şeklini göstermektir. Faik Ahmed (Barutçuzâde) yönetimindeki İstikbâl gazetesi, Kurtuluş savaşı ve Cumhuriyetin ilânı dönemlerinde gerek haberleriyle gerekse makale ve yorumlarıyla o günün şartlarını en iyi, şekilde değerlendirmiş, Trabzon ve havalisinde Kuvâ-yi milliyenin nicelik ve niteliklerini Türk halkına anlatmıştır. Bu anlatım tarzını hem haberlerin veriliş şeklinde, hem de makale ve yorumların üslubunda buluyoruz. Kronolojik bir sıra ile ayrı ayrı sunulan bu haber ve makalelerle tezimizi tamamlamış bulunmaktayız. Yüksek Lisans Tezimiz bu haliyle amacına ulaşmıştır.
Özet (Çeviri)
We chronological gave with the writing titles the publishing policy belonging to this period of the newspaper of“İSTİKBÂL”which we investigated the present numbers concerning with the periods of 1921-1923. According to the result we acquired from the study, we see that Faik Ahmed (Barutçuzâde), who was the editor-in-chief and the owner of the newspaper especialy, supported the Government of Ankara and also stimulated and illuminated in this respect the Turkish Nation, had the spirit of Kuvâ-yı Milliye (The National Forces). The purpose of our study shows the style-of examining these events of ihe newspaper of istikbâl occupied a place among the press of Anatolia, not only the commentation of the developing events in the conditions for that day. The newspaper of İstikbâl in the administration of Faik Ahmed (Barutçuzâde) appreciated in the best way the coditions for that day with either his news and comments in the periods of The War of Independence and The Declaration of Republic, told to the Turkish Public the quantities and characters of Kuvâ-yı Milliye in Trabzon and the neighbourdhood. We find this expression way both in the shape of giving of the news and in the style of the articles and comments. We finished our thesis with these news and articles which were separately submitted as chronological. This postgraduate thesis gained one's purpose with this form.
