Özet
Bu Çalışmada konjugasyonu artırılmış 5 adet diester sentezlendi. Konjigasyonu artırmak için diasit klorurleriyle fenolik yapılar etkileştirildi. Bu esterlerin yapıları UV-Vis, FT-IR, 1H NMR ve 13C NMR spektroskopisi ile aydınlatıldı. Daha sonra iletkenlik ölçümleri yapıldı. Herbir diester için metal-diester-yarıiletken yapılar oluşturuldu. Akım–gerilim (I-V) grafikleri çizildi. Diyot özelliğine sahip oldukları belirlendi.

In this study five diester compounds have been synthesied which were improved their conjugations. In order to improve conjugation of diacid chlorides were reacted with phenolic structures. The structures of these esters were identified by UV-Vis, FT-IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopies. Then metal-diester-semiconductor structures were formed for each diester I-V ghraphics were plotted. They have showed diode properties from these graphics.
