Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Konya merkez ilçeleri, köy ve kasaba ilköğretim okullarında çalışan öğretmenlerin öz yeterlik inançlarının il eğitim denetmenlerinin denetim davranışlarını algılamalarına etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Konya'nın merkez ilçeleri Selçuklu, Meram ve Karatay eğitim bölgelerindeki ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan 8283 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Evrenden önce tabakalı sonra basit tesadüfü yöntemle şehir merkezinden 386, köy ve kasabalardan 386 olmak üzere seçilen 772 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Öğretmenlere il eğitim denetmenlerinin denetim davranışları özelliklerine ilişkin algılarını belirlemek amacıyla 24 sorudan oluşan“Eğitim Müfettişlerinin Denetim Davranışlarını Algılamaları Ölçeği”ve öğretmenlerin öz yeterliklerini belirlemek amacıyla 24 sorudan oluşan“Öğretmen Öz Yeterlik Algı Ölçeği”uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS programı aracılığı ile yapılmıştır. Program yardımı ile öğretmenlerin öz yeterlik algıları ve müfettiş davranışlarını algılamaları için aritmetik ortalama, algıların farklılık gösterip göstermediğini tespit etmek için t testi ve F testi kullanılmıştır. Öğretmen öz yeterlik algısının denetmen davranışını algılamaya etkisi için ise regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre aşağıdaki sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır: 1. Öğretmenlerin öz yeterlikleri algıları öğretim stratejileri ve sınıf yönetimi boyutlarında çok az yeterli, öğrenci katılımı boyutunda oldukça yeterli düzeydedir. 2. Öğretmenlerin öz yeterlik algıları, cinsiyet, kıdem, görev yeri, eğitim durumu ve okul türü değişkenlerine göre farklılık göstermektedir. 3. Öğretmenler, il eğitim denetmenlerinin denetim davranışları algısının rehber boyutuna ilişkin algı puanı“katılıyorum”, yönlendirici, fonksiyonsuz ve işbirlikçi boyutuna ilişkin algı puanları“orta derecede katılıyorum”düzeyindedir. 4.Öğretmenlerin il eğitim denetmenlerinin denetim davranışları algısı öğretmenlerin kıdem, görev yeri, eğitim durumu ve okul türü değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermektedir. 5.Öğretmenlerin öz yeterlilik algıları il eğitim denetmenlerinin denetim davranışı algısını etkilemektedir.

Özet (Çeviri)

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of teachers', those working in centre of Konya, central villages and towns, beliefs of their self efficiacy on education supervisors' perception of supervision behaviours. The sample of study consists of 8283 teachers working in central districts Meram, Selçuklu and Karatay. It consists of 768 teachers, 384 from centre and 384 from towns and villages who were chosen first by classification and then by chance. To determine the perception of education supervisors' supervision behaviours teachers were applied with“The Scale of Supervisors' Perception of Supervision”consisting of 24 questions and to determine teachers self efficiacy“Teachers' Sense of Efficiacy Scale”consisting of 24 questions were applied. The data has been analyzed with SPSS program. With the help of the program, for teachers' self efficiacy perception and for them to perceive supervisors' behaviours the mean technique and to determine if perceptions show variance t and F tests were used. For the effects of teachers' self efficiacy perception on supervisors' behaviours regression analyze was applied. The following results have been reached according to the findings: 1. Teachers' self efficiacy perception on teaching strategies and class management were a bit enough and on students' involvement was fully enough . 2. Teachers perception of self efficiacy show differences according to their gender, seniority, place they work, educational position and school conditions. . 3. Teachers answers to guidance side of education supervisors' supervision behaviours point was“I agree”and their point about directing, unfunctional and cooperative sides were“I agree in a modarate level”. 4. Teachers perception on education supervisors' supervision behaviours show meaningful differences according to their seniority, the place they work,educational position and school conditions. 5. Teachers perception of self efficiacy effects education supervisors' supervision behaviours.
