Özet
Muhasebe bürolarında stratejik yönetim yaklaşımlarının, işletmenin başarılı ve uzun yıllar devamını sağlamak yönünden kurumsal bir çerçevesini çizme, verimlilik ve etkinlik seviyelerini arttırdığı görülmüştür. Bu incelemeler doğrultusunda çalışma içerisinde stratejik yönetimin temel kavramları, stratejik yönetim, stratejik yönetimin kapsamı, araçları ile işletme stratejileri ve stratejik yönetim yaklaşımları ve işletmelerde stratejik yönetim faaliyetlerini değerlendirme ile konu anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Etik kavramı ile ifade edilen en önemli şey, etiğin doğru ve yanlış konusundaki yol göstericiliğidir. Bu anlamda etik, ahlaki eylemlerin doğasını araştırmakta, bir eylemi iyi veya kötü olarak değerlendirilmesindeki temel ölçütler üzerinde durmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Adıyaman ili muhasebe büro çalışanlarının strateji ve etik konusundaki tutumlarının incelenmesine yönelik bir anket çalışması yer almaktadır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler güvenirlik, frekans, korelasyon gibi istatistiksel analizler için geliştirilen SPSS 16.0 programı yardımıyla bilgisayar ortamında değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen bulguların varyans analizi sonucuna göre; istatistiksel olarak muhasebe sektöründe strateji ve iş etiği puanlarının, cinsiyet,eğitim durumu, personel ve mükellef sayısı değişkenlerine göre anlamlı fark görülmemiştir. Farklı unvan, mesleki kıdem ve yaş değişkenlerine göre de anlamlı ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Korelâsyon sonuçlarına göre işveren ile personel arasındaki ilişki çok düşük düzeyde de olsa büro ile mükellef, büro ile devlet, devlet ile vatandaş arasındaki ilişkiyi etkilediği görülmüştür.

İn accounting offices strategic management approaches, and business has been successful for many years in terms of an institutional framework to ensure the draw increases productivity and efficiency levels. In line with this white papers work in basic concepts of strategic management, strategic management, strategic management, the scope of business tools, strategies, and strategic management approcahes and business assessment and strategic management activities subject mentioned work. Most important thing described with the concept of ethics is the guiding function of ethics on what is wrong or right. In this sense ethics deals with the nature of ethical atiocns and discusses key criteria in considering an action as good or bad. In this study there is a questionnaire study intended to examine the attitudes accounting office of workers in Adıyaman province a strategy and at ethic subject. Data obtained in study were assessed in computer environment by the use of SPSS 16.0 developed for the statistical analyses like reliability, frequency and correlation. Study findings according to the result of the analysis of variance; statistically accounting industry strategy and business ethics scores, gender, education, personnel and the number of taxpayers according variable significant differences observed. Different title, professional seniority and age variable was significant, according to the Association. According to the results of correlation relationship between the employer and the personnel bureau, albeit with a very low level of tax payers, the bureau and the state, has been influenced by the relationship between the State and citizens.
